This person is not in any immediate danger of dying even if they left it like that.

However they ARE VERY at risk for infection to said wound and it causing a potential fatal reaction

I also have a skin graph on my foot. It covers the exposed flesh left from a burn.


Sure they have skin grafts to make it look a little better and make it a little more sanitary and safe, but the fact remains it still has to remain open to allow things to enter it, which naturally leaves it at risk for infection.

Ive also heard anecdotal that the smell is awful and requires heavy maintenance to avoid such a smell

And nobody would stick their dick in it if they could only build something that look like your foot.

Exactly. The same article that he linked to, it mentions multiple times that these are short term complications. I dont know if he somehow missed the mutiple times it was said or if he chose to ignore it because it didnt fit his version of things. Once all the incisions have healed it is not longer an "open wound". Just like with those big stupid holes people put in their ears. They aren't wounds once the flesh has healed.

I've dated 2 post OP trans women. The first had a really bad, totally obvious man made vagina. The second had a very nice looking vagina and lube was rarely needed because she had a much more advanced version of the surgery that actually used a portion or the colon which is a mucus membrane (feels better too), along with the precum she produced when she got really turned on, because they don't remove the prostate so you still get that. She had a marvelous surgeon who gave her a much nicer slit than some of the natural women I've been with. Any man whose had more than a handful of partners knows what a wide variety of appearances there are.

Gauges? They smell TERRIBLE. And also prone to infection.


Im pretty sure thats different though as that actually closes if you dont keep something in there.

Did you actually bother to read the article? Those children were always male, they have a deficiency that stopped the penis from growing and their parents were stupid enough to think no penis = female. The process is actually explained incredibly well in the article, including pointing out that they were always male. You posted a source that disproved exactly what you were trying to say.
