I thought ep 1 of Total Eclipse was fine really

Being familiar with the world/setting/BETA stuff helped me enjoy it more, there were a few cool references that will hopefully be important later on

Also people should be happy that the characters are already using TSFs

Uta Koi was probably my favorite episode 1 so far. There wasn't much to it but I thought the stories were really nice, especially the first. Now the question is are they really going to adapt all 100 poems or just the romance focused ones (think they said there were 43?)

But yeah, I'm definitely interested in seeing how creative they get with the adaptations.

I know that it's just a light novel spin-off, but I want to know if they'll be any references to the VNs that I won't get.

I just watched the ep 1s of 5 shows to get caught up and here we go

Campione: This was alright. The personalities seem pretty vibrant and interesting for the three major characters already introduced, the magic fights look like they'll look cool and the way magic works combined with Ericas personality should be pretty fun. 6 or 7 /10 so far, but I can see it getting better too.

Chitose Get You: Its only 3 minutes long and I laughed at the introduction but I didnt think the main joke was funny. I'll give it another chance because its so short though.5/10

Tari Tari: Ok so, I really liked this one. It was sweet, the art was good, and I like how despite having the same premise as K-ON it seems to be playing the premise more straight and has a coming of age feel to it ( i like coming of age stories sue me). The main 2 girls are promising and the plot with her brother looks promising. 9/10

Jinrui: This ones plot looks less promising but on the other hand the fairys are cute and the thing with the fairy company and the bread cracked me up. Definitely one to watch. 8/10

Uta Koi: The first two stories were good if disjointed. This wont be bad if they keep it under control but if it really goes 50 episodes I think the format and content are going to wear VERY thin by the end. 7/10

Yuru Yuri 2: It was funny. Didnt see the Akarin focus coming and it was by far the best part. 7/10.

I've been doing some marathons recently

Completed All of Full Metal Panic (including Fumoffu). The mecha series were pretty good, but Fumoffu was amazing.

Also beated Dance in the Vampire Bund, because Shaft. I uhh, I liked the show up to the end of episode 7, and then I became upset and confused at the direction.

Then I beat Ga-Rei zero. How did I miss this?

Up Next: Hayate the Combat Butler and Shiki.

Binbougami was actually pretty awesome. I didn't expect the main girls to be such dicks (though I'm guessing that's gonna change) so that was good and there were like five manly tears moments. Definitely my favorite episode 1 so far and now I will watch Natsuyuki.

People generally go with broadcast order since it makes the "last" episode seem much better.
But it's all moot if you plan on watching both seasons together in chronological order.
