Shouldn't be too bad. I Could have had a good chance at finishing it, but I messed up the events somewhere and screwed it up!

You have to really plan it out.

from what I understand it requires 4 playthroughs total if you don't want to be stressing yourself

at least I assume it would be if you're doing that many

It's not even that bad of a game, sure it has its annoying voice overs, and creepy ass graphics style(Thunderbirds...), but the gameplay isn't even that bad, and well, the story isn't the worst thing in the world.
