anyway I am going to ACTUALLY HAVE HELPFUL INFO for my diary in the first post this time
In the Tomverse, we're gearing up for the ROYAL RUMBLE! The ongoing prediction contest (you can join at any time! Although you probably won't win the round if you join halfway between PPV's like this >_>) has thrown me some funky curves, but I am persevering! The current prize is to choose somebody to involve with whomever or whatever is the subject of the MYSTERIOUS HYPE VIDEOS, leading up to a WM program and probable match!
Current angles:
RAW -CM Punk has resurrected the nWo! With Masters, Nash, X-Pac, and Serena behind him, the stable has become a powerful force and captured the tag belts. Can CoO Triple H keep them in line?
-Kofi Kingston has won the chance of a lifetime, and will be squaring off against Del Rio for the WWE Title! Kofi's been looking strong the past couple of weeks, especially with Bourne in his corner, but Del Rio's weaseled his way past scarier challengers!
-Heath Slater has captured the US Title in a shocking (unless you followed FWA3) twist! He's....yeah he's pretty much ripping off Bryan's real-world YES gimmick. He's been feuding with Gabriel for months, but for now he has to contend with Santino!
-Beth Phoenix is champion! ....nobody really cares.
-Skip Sheffield has been squashing people since returning from injury.
SD -SD is currently embroiled in a #1 Contender tournament! Can anybody hope to dethrone Henry?
-Awesome Truth are continually causing trouble, and have provoked the ire of half the locker room. Chiefly, they've crossed the Undertaker, who will have none of their crap.
-Cody Rhodes is on a mission to restore the IC Championship to its former glory. He's actively seeking out tough competition, but may have bitten off more than he can chew with Randy Orton.
-Sin Cara and Sin Cara II have been pointing at each other for months!
CROSS-BRAND -Cena has TURNED TO THE DARK SIDE and EMBRACED THE HATE! In an attempt to get in SD GM Rock's head, he's started a one-man mission to destroy Smackdown! However, he's run afoul of the Big Show in the process!
-Nash and X-Pac have come out on top of a rejuvenated tag division for now, but holding the belts will be the real trick. There are several teams waiting in the wings for a shot, and several teams that have been screwed by the nWo in some fashion, but for now, the next hurdle is the Hart Dynasty.

NXT ROSTER Colt Cabana (Big Show)- Although he was originally excited to work with Punk, the two parted ways after disagreeing about the nWo. Now the fun-loving Colt is under Show's guidance.
Eddie Edwards (Mordecai)- Despite his prestigious indy background, Edwards is a zealously devoted follower of his relatively obscure Pro. Edwards seems happy to force himself into the WWE mold rather than utilizing his indy skillset.
Cap'n Petey Williams (Slater)- He's a pirate. That's about it.
Seth Rollins (Randy Orton)- Started as Show's Rookie, but his ultra-serious approach just didn't gel with the happy-go-lucky giant. He's happier now under Orton, and has enjoyed a measure of success under his tutelage.
Shawn Daivari (Wade Barrett)- Daivari has been passionately carving his legacy out of the other NXT rookies. I'd say he was quietly amassing wins, but Barrett is constantly talking him up and swearing vengeance on the establishment that never gave either of them a chance.
Sonjay Dutt (La Parka)- "Clean Cut" Sonjay Dutt and his Pro are quite the odd couple, but they somehow work. Parka is determined to teach Dutt the mystical Chair Shot, but Dutt would never stoop to cheating!
Xavier Woods (Bryan)- Another guy who's jumped Pros. He left Dreamer after Dreamer legit no-showed a taping due to some glitch, and...well honestly, he's kinda just there. For now, anyway.
ELIMINATED: Abe Washington (Chavo)- He just wasn't taking it seriously enough :\

Sid Vicious begins his trademark saunter to the ring. (66)
He then starts cutting a promo about how Russo can give as many title shots to Pearce or Spears or whoever. Its obvious this company only has ONE MASTER AND RULER OF THE UNIVERSE. He begins going on a tirade about POWER and aliens, when MSCHIF comes out. She claims that Sid may be the MASTER of the world...but that she is its mistress. And that she has FOOLED RUSSO into allowing the women of SHIMMER to invade the NWA. Then she vomits and it becomes unclear what her point is and Sid begins to laugh at how poor her promo is.(54)
MsChif botched the promo. MsChif's ringleader gimmick debuts at 23. MsChifs initial momentum is 27.
Sid vs. MsChif Ambulance match
Sid promptly brings out an ambulance and challenges her to an Ambulance match, Sid completely dominates her and MsChif looks lost out there. She botches left and right and Sid even from a technical perspective, wrestles circles around MsChif. (52)
Sid looked Good. Sid made MsChif look bad. MsChif was off her game.
Sid then demands a standing ovation. He throws a camera into the front row and nervously, the crowd eruptions in applause. (76)

Wow, that show rating could have been AMAZING if MsChif didn't have easily the worst debut I've ever seen. It doubly stinks because shes the lynchpin of my SHIMMER invasion angle and debuted so crappily.
I am really happy with the ratings Colt, Pearce and Spears are pulling combined with my recent uppermidcard signings, my roster is really coming together. Jay Lethal, Paul London, Monty Brown, and Paul Burchhill make a pretty awesome midcard along with those three and the midcarders I already own- Erik Watts, Willie Mack and Marco "FBI" Scarceti.
The Tag division is cool too- I should really just post my roster now that im more or less done making moves for a little.
The ratings I am currently getting (along with my glorified houseshows in the Northwest) are putting me irght on track to hit Cult in a month or two. :).)

The show opens with a rocking 50s pink Cadillac loaded up with Deuce n' Domino with Cherry. They claim that its disgusting that such dirty and uncool people as the New Wild Samoans. Cherry pulls a contract out of her bust and reveals that she has a TITLE SHOT against the Samoans and theyre gonna take it RIGHT NOW. (55) Deuce and Cherry have great chemistry.
Wild Samoans vs. Deuce n Domino
The challengers are VERY physical and go toe to toe with the Samoans for awhile. Domino is about to put away Matu when Manu slaps him with a fish and he gets rolled up for the pinfall.(46)
Cherry and Deuce jump Matu and Manu after the match, yelling that THIS ISNT OVER YET. (48)
Candice LeRae comes out to challenge newcomer ASHLEY MASSARO, who gets lost 3 times on her way to the ring. Just as Candice approaches the ring Daffney jumps her and throws her off the stage, replacing her in the Women's title tournament. (34)
Daffney vs. Ashley Massaro
Daff and Ashley have a terrible time of it. Massaro keeps tripping and getting lost in the ring, while Daffney keeps screaming and missing her. The match finally ends when Daffney grabs Ashley and give her a Lobotomy (25)
Ashley Massaro's Baka! gimmick debuts at 67. Daff and Massaro have worst chemistry
Willie Mack and Scorpio Sky are having a dueling promo leading to a TV title match when a debuting THE ANIMAL MONTY BROWN comes out and assaults them both. Russo comes out and says he likes this guys style and makes the title match a 3way. (34) Animal(figurative) gimmick debuts at 77.
Monty Brown SQUASHES Willie Mack and Scorpio Sky to become NWA TV CHAMPION(39)
Russo comes out and claims that Adam Pearce deserves another shot at winning the vacant NWA World title, but this time it should be against SHAUN SPEARS, that way one of Russos friends wins the title either way. (35)
"Scrap Iron" Adam Pearce vs. Shaun Spears.
The two have a long match, which quickly becomes a very physical battle. Spears looks hungry, determined to capture his first NWA title. Pearce, however, showcases why he is a 3-time champ and ends the match with a particularly brutal exchange which makes a desperate Spears try something stupid. He climbs the balcony of the Pavilion and attempts a Suicide dive, which Pearce interrupts with a jaw breaker, knocking Spears out. (58)
After the match, Colt Cabana is seen backstage interviewing Pearce. Wait a second....thats not Pearce. Thats just a CARDBOARD CUT OUT. Cabana claims there is not much difference between the two and that since Pearce couldn't beat Cabana, he OWES Colt a shot. (33)

Sure I wanna do a plot summary of the stuff going on with TNA too in case anyone has forgotten things:
Main storyline: ==== recap - Sting took the company from Dixie Carter by using some contract hax back in his match with Hogan at Bound For Glory 2011 (in October) - He abused his power and stripped Angle of the title and fired him when Angle got himself DQed to retain - He held a 32 man tournament to determine a real legitimate champion to rep TNA, which AJ Styles won. - Samoa Joe also got fired for attacking people after matches. Taz got replaced on the announce team. Joe and Kurt Angle repeatedly sit in audience and cause general hell despite not working there. Taz acts as the inside man to help them. - They begin to antagonize AJ Styles. Attacking him after matches and whatnot. AJ meanwhile, as a fighting champion, insists on defending his title every week-- sometimes twice-- despite the beatdowns. He's almost working injured at this point. - AJ begs Sting for a match with Kurt, despite Kurt being not technically employed. He gets it. - AJ loses to Kurt. Kurt walks out with the title to spite Sting, due not being employed, saying he'll defend it against everyone in the world. WWE, NJPW, RoH, maybe even "the freakin olympics"

- Sting considers stripping the title, but is informed by Jeff Jarrett that it wouldn't be a legally binding strip due to Kurt being off TNA-- he should try to negotiate with Kurt to preserve title prestige.
- Kurt comes back in a couple of weeks and says he'll defend his title on Impact, but only on his terms. He defends against his hand picked challenger, Kota Ibushi of NJPW, and retains.
Active side storylines: - Daniels quit. Ultra Mantis Black came with the goal to destroy AJ Styles, but was mistaken for Daniels making a cheap comeback. He intends to unmask Suicide to prove Daniels is Suicide (and by extension, not him)
- Winter the Knockouts Champion has unified the Knockouts singles and tag titles and started a Knockouts Title worshiping cult or something. Angelina Love has a copy of the title
- Jeff Jarrett and VC "Cliff" Compton are Sting's financial aides and blame AJ Styles for the loss of the TNA World Championship and have generally been antagonizing him.
- MCMG and Beer Money (heel) have been trying to re-legitimize the tag division with a series of matches. The Iceholes (Glacier and Mr. Anderson) recently have attacked the two in an attempt to insert themselves in the scene.
- Eric Young discarded the TV title in a hissy ffit due to no one giving the belt any credibility. Robbie E found it on the ground and convinced Sting to let him be the champ.
- Jeff Hardy was thought dead, came back and said he was Jesus. Hates RVD because he said the Jesus thing was stupid or something.
- Austin Aries is accepting challenges vs all comers, boasting that his title is the most prestigious on the show with the World Title MIA.
- Pope D'Angelo Dinero was dosed by Sting with the drug from Crank. This need for adrenaline improved his performance for a while, but he hasn't been seen for a few weeks and it's possible the drug got to him...

Also MsChif's promo was totally fine until the whole vomiting thing (what is this). I enjoy that Sid's women opponents have been actively attempting to one up him on the bad promo scale.

- Sid has a life contract held by Satan and will be working at NWA for no pay for the rest of his life. Sid doesn't care so long as he gets to have an ambulance or stretcher match every week. - Satan has employed Vince Russo because he likes his style - Russo is pushing women's wrestling so he can embarass WHOOAHS, especially the too sweet to be real Gail Kim. - Daffney is crazy and wants to be women's champ. Maybe. Or she just wanted to beat up Candice and Massaro. - Scrap Iron Adam Pearce and Colt Cabana are feuding over the NWA title, which has been vacant since the Sheikh quit wrestling.

Hamada shouts some stuff in Japanese and beats her chest while the Boogie Knights argue some more about whether she can speak English (64) Hamada d. ODB-- Winter helps ODB and leads her backstage. AJ Styles d. VC "Cliff" Compton. (75) Kurt and Joe show up in the audience and loudly cheer for AJ when he's celebrating his win (84)
Sting comes out... says that he knows Kurt is doing this crap to get back at him, but if he really wants to get back at him, he should face him a match. Kurt ponders a bit... and says if Sting wants a match, he has to prove he's a worthwhile opponent. If he can last even 15 minutes with Samoa Joe tonight, he'll consider it, but for now, hell freaking no. (90) Sting vs Samoa Joe. Joe gives Sting everything he can handle and is in control for most of the match, but at a little over 14 minutes Sting catches Joe in the Scorpion Death Lock for the win. Sting menacingly points with his bat at a smirking Kurt who's giving him a golf clap from the front row while the show fades out. (98!!)
Austin Aries opens the show, saying that some guys in the back have been saying that the only reason A double has been on a roll is cause he's been calling people out. To shut them up, he's issuing an open challenge for his X-Division title, the most prestigious in the company. Suicide accepts the challenge! (81) A competitive match, but during the middle Ultra Mantis Black shows up on the tron. He says he's been testing some theories, and he now knows every weakness of The Suicide... and now he's got the results to prove it! He shoves an unconscious Homicide's face into the camera and laughs maniacally! Suicide is distracted enough for A Double to capitalize. Austin Aries d. Suicide to retain (77)
Tara walks into Sting's office again, passing by Bobby Roode who storms out. She asks for a title shot and Sting shoos her out again. (70) Bobby Roode is backstage with James Storm, who has his leg in a splint as a result of The Iceholes' attack last week. He says Sting is forcing them to defend their titles tonight against Shannon Moore and Douglas Williams, which is easy but if Storm can't make it to the match they'll be stripped. Storm suggests getting a fill-in for tonight since it's an easy match. Roode says that's a good idea... then the camera pans over to an oblivious fist bumping Robbie E-- Roode asks for his help and Robbie E says he'd be happy to help, bro... ohhhh! (74) Lethal Warrior d. Kip James (53) (bad chemistry)
Bully Ray is out in the ring, saying ever since Sting screwed up the title picture he hasn't got any TV Time. He starts ripping into Sting, and is interrupted by... Hulk Hogan?!? Hogan says Sting isn't to blame, brother, and if Bully Ray wants TV Time he should earn it, brother. Bully Ray goes up in the ramp says and spits in Hogan's face, then taunts him to come to the ring. (82) Bully Ray dominates Hogan in a match, shouting "did I earn it now!?" repeatedly (67)
Jeff Jarrett is backstage with VC "Cliff" Compton. They rip into him a bit, then Jarrett says if Styles hadn't interfered last week the title problem would be fixed. AJ interrupts them and says if he hadn't interfered they would've just made the match end in a dq because they're incompetent! Jarrett: How about a match tonight... AJ: I accept! Jarrett: ... with my good friend VC. Compton is like "what" but AJ seems fine with it either way. (70)
I'd assume we'd have to email the save file around back and forth. Or use a google group and keep reuploading or something. How multiplayer works is you have 4 people playing on the same day, they all do the day, then the day advances based on the actions of all 4. It's really inefficient.

Well we would only need to pass it around for show days and days where there are negotiations and just have one guy do all the rest of the "next day" buttons. So it wouldn't be a super terrible thing but... yeah, it'd be nice if there was like, a way built in to do it quicker. Not exactly sure how you'd approach that but...

Well yeah but it's hard to plan for exactly when they happen cause the workers/promotions/whatever you're negotiating with take variable days to respond to your requests. And you can't advance a day without completing the negotiation if it's been replied to.

And yeah I would be down for a multiplayer game, but I do think to a decent extent we'd all have to trust Tom to steward through the paperworky kind of stuff between cards.
It'd also be helpful if we weren't doing a real world mod because i feel like if Tom has to book like 4 shows a week that's gonna slow things down a lot. It'd be better if we had like3 or 4 feds that each had an A show and maybe like a worthless C show IMO.

Cena comes running out for an attack, but Show intercepts him on the apron and shoves him to the floor! The attack is repelled, but that's all the opening Chavo needs. A couple of FLIPPIEZ later, and Chavo's on to the semifinals! Rating: 68
-Cena says it didn't have to be personal between him and Show. He just wants to get in Rock's head a bit and mess with his show, but Show had to COME GET SOME on Raw! Rock cuts him off. He had a feeling this might happen, so if Cena wants to beat up SD Superstars, he's got a match tonight with the Hart Dynasty! And The Rock is a fair man, so he's hand-picked a partner for Cena! -Tag Titles: Nash/X-Pac (c) v. Orton/Rollins The faces fight valiantly, but Rollins is clearly punching above his weight, and they're both a bit banged up still from the NXT beatdown. The nWo manage to retain. Rating: 76
-Hart Dynasty come out to the stage and stare down the tag champs. WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN THESE TWO TEAMS COLLIDE? Rating: 65
-Match: Hart Dynasty v. Cena and ??? Cena's partner is THE LEGENDARY PRO MORDECAI. While Cena's tough enough to probably be able to win a handicap match here, Mordecai's self-centered antics wind up hurting more than helping. Kidd gets the huge win after Mordecai tags himself in. Rating: 76
-Hart Dynasty are celebrating in the r-YO YO YO POP YO FOTIES AND CHECK YO ROLLIES IT'S CRYME TYME. JTG and Shad appear to be back in action together, and they rush the ring to clear out the Harts! cena swaps hi-fives. Rating: 72
-Round 2: Sheamus v. Barrett Just a good ol' brawl. Sheamus comes out on top. Rating: 82
-Henry is amused that so many men are lining up and squabbling over who will be the next to enter the Hall of Pain. There's plenty of room for them all! He ain't scared of 'em. Rating: 92
-Match: Ryder/Layla v. Henry/Natalya Even with Layla coming back from injury, the faces can't scrabble together enough momentum to take down the champ. Rating: 72
-Cody tells Orton it's dangerous to mess with the IC Champ. First he lost the tournament, and now he's lost the tag title match without Cody even having to do anything! Cody hopes Orton will refocus on what's important now, and give him a good fight for the IC belt. Rating: 64
-Round 2: Bryan v. Christian Just a damn good, no-frills match. Christian submits to the LeBell Lock after a back and forth clinic. Rating: 82
-Bryan is just three matches away from being world champ, and even if that fails, he still has his money in the bank! Things are looking go-MYSTERIOUS VIDEO. Surprise surprise, it's about the number 8. Rating: 84
-Awesome Truth complain about Truth being knocked out of the bracket by a CONSPIRACY. They are just going to have to make Miz win instead! Rating: 94
-Round 2: Taker v. Miz Miz takes a ton of abuse, but in the end, a timely assist from Truth is the difference maker. Miz gets a huge victory en route to the semifinals. The bracket for the next round is Sheamus/Chavo and Bryan/Miz. Rating: 93 Poor announcing

-Taker is SUCH CHEESE for this mod :D SD is easy mode between him and Rock. I figure I can be realistic, or I can NOT run WWE down to Cult within six months.
-The tournament cards are really weird- they highlight how much WWE is reliant on top-shelf guys. I'm getting much higher ratings, but I also don't really have time to develop the midcard at all.
-hm I wonder if the videos are as obvious as I think they are
-Chavo now autopushes to MAIN EVENTER. I haven't had success with ALL of my pet projects but that is a big one.

The Taping begins as Sara Del Ray and MsChif hug in the center of the ring and MsChif grabs a microphone and pronounces that the SHIMMER invasion is in full swing, but don't be fooled this isn't just the women of SHIMMER, but a group of mistreated Women wrestlers who will be demanding what is rightfully theirs. At this point Sara Del Ray grabs the microphone and says she is glad that MsChif is going to be heart of this endeavour, and the SDR herself is the muscle but they needa voice...when suddenly SCREAMS echo through the Arena as Melina makes her way to the ring and embraces the other girls, with the Canadian Ninjas, Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews in tow.
They vow that together they will take this company by storm and since Buggy can no longer take her spot in the Women's title tournament after what MsChif and SDR did to her, that MELINA will take her spot against one of Vince Russo's new WHOOAHS. (57)
Melina had a solid performance.
Melina vs. Lacey von Erich
Lacey comes to the ring accompanied by Vince Russo who decides on the spot to make this a lingerie match to teach those SHIMMER whooahs to take advantage of him! The crowd pops! Melina and Lacey strip down and the match begins. Melina is in control almost the entire match as SDR keeps Russo at bay. Lacey mounts a comeback, but it is cut short when Melina ends it with a leg drop bulldog from the second rope. (55!!)
The Canadian Ninjas and Melina spraypaint Lacey with Glitter spray paint with a big S and they layout Russo and do the same to him. (54)
Vince Russo's face turn was a complete success!
Color Commentator Jonny Fairplay and Play by Play man Excalibur explain that they got a letter from Russo earlier telling them if Colt Cabana wanted a shot at Adam Pearce's NWA title he would have to go at it with the man Pearce beat for the title- Shaun Spears, which is NEXT.

Paul bearer comes out and is calling out Sid. He keeps sending too many people to the hospital and they are making his job of raising all of the dead wrestlers very difficult. He thinks his latest (career) resurrection is here to put an end to Sid's violent ways-- as he reveals CHYNA.
Chyna cuts a promo about how strong she is and how she will prove Sid isnt as tough as everyone thinks he is. Sid quietly sneaks up on her with a stretcher and clears his throat and Chyna hits the floor in fear. (60)
Sid then Powerbombs Chyna twice and straps her to the stretcher for the win! (49) Chyna botched a lot.
Sid begins to celebrate yelling WHOS DA MAN and demanding a standing ovation but the Louisiana crowd isn't budging. Suddenly DAFFNEY comes out yelling, accompanied by a large and imposing LORD HUMONGOUS she says something crazy about the crowd not knowing how to stay alive very well and Humongous begins throwing chairs into the audience. The crowd (reluctantly) goes wild!(64)

Odds and Ends:
I am pretty pleased with this. 45 is phenomenal for an area that my fed has 15 pop in.
SHIMMER invasion is now doing much better now that I have enlisted Melina to lead it. I wasn't planning to but MsChif's botches and SDRs mic scores have tied my hands. I like the effect though so I'll run with it.
Cabana with them good match ratings.
I always enjoy feedback on the direction I'm taking things in.
Skip Sheffield is currently receiving a monster push in the WWE, most recently going over for the WWE title.
Ashley Massaro began dating Paul London AND broke up with him in the span of a week. I found this funny.
