My best fitting shorts are now way too big. All my shorts that were slightly too big are now way too big. All the things that were nearly small or small are nearly too big. And I feel odd wearing a belt with shorts.
Its really annoying.
Also losing weight is directly related to my puppy making me run for hours a day every day for the last couple of months. I havent run this much since forever. So if you do want to lose weight, get a puppy. An active one(Not those damn tiny dogs people carry around that are barely dogs).

Yeah... Over one summer I shed ~15 lbs and lost about an inch off my waistline and none of my pants seemed to fit for a while. In fact most of them still don't. I've had to buy lots of new pants.

It's still a huge net positive, but yeah, that's been the only downside of losing 30 lbs. In all honesty, I can hardly tell when I look in a mirror, but seeing how baggy some of my clothes have gotten makes the difference clear. I had to buy a new suit since my old one looks kind of ridiculous.

Definitely better than gaining weight, I'd say! Well, within reason of course.
Just so happens I bought pants today. Seems I went up another size. That's not good! I have a naturally large frame (no really, I do =P) so I'm basically a 37-38 (which reads as 38 in stores of course) ideally but right now I'm a 40 and that scares me. Gotta work out more...!

Well I work out fairly often and only eat fast food crap once or twice a week when the bus is running late and... oh wait, this might just be some weird jab at red.
But over one spring and one summer my metabolism went out of whack and the next time I weighed in at a doctor visit, I was down to 125. What's weird is this was the summer after I stopped working out. I'm thinking I lost most of my muscle mass and the accompanying weight. Coincidentally, I feel like a weakling.

I have great metabolism. I stopped lifting about 3 years ago, though I still stay active, and I've weighed the exact amount since I stopped lifting for all 3 years.
I have actually been stuck at 130 for a long time. I used to weigh like 150 but I lost a ton once I got sick and I have never been able to gain it back without just being incredibly unhealthy and then I just gain nothing but fat and don't want to gain it that way.

Man I wish I could lose weight that easily. I have this barrier around 205 pounds and I can not break it ever. I'm like 215 to 205. I mean ideally I'd gain 20 pounds of muscle and lose like 10 pounds of fat or something but yea.
And being Tall isn't that great. I mean it's nice. But when doors are a real threat. It's not that cool.

You know, a couple days ago when I was sitting on the toilet, I realized my living area has some big ass doors. Like people who are 8 feet tall could go through them with no trouble.

I had a friend in college who was 6'10" and it always made me laugh that even when the door was like 8-10 ft high he would still duck his head just out of habit.
I'm currently around 155lbs hoping to get up to 160.

Wow, yo guys are light. I remember my 190 pound days... good times. I usually sit at about 210 nowadays, though I will drop into the high 190s once my cycling kicks in full-time for the summer.
