No, Iwata specifically mentions in an interview that it will be possible to have your MyUnit character get married to and have kids with the other characters. There's already confirmation on a lot of this stuff floating around places like Serenes. Presumably, unless they want to break genetics, the kid will be sorta 'generated' based on what your MU character looks like and possibly with some modifications based on your mate. It'd be kinda cool if it was based somewhat off your character though, since then you get a sort of 'personalized kid' that isn't the same as everyone elses, like the MU itself.
