cody's a case of 'they should let him win, or at least a dq finish, to keep this feud going better and the title reign longer' it's a better booking call but just strictly that - booking. instead they went with the feel-good answer and who knows what they do with cody. possible to elevate, but likelier the show feud continues, just with him... losing. a lot.

this has 1) massive fan support, 2) cross industry gains, 3) a lot of $$$ at stake, 4) better booking than whatever jobber path they were gonna go down for him (he was totally gonna be the new swagger), 5) better backstage support.

really doesn't compare there, extha.

Feel bad for Sheamus though.

I would, but ever since his latest Triple H-friendship-fueled push has really gotten under way, he's been doing a lot of no selling, which makes me start to dislike him. Plus if politicking blows up in somebody's face, it's hard for me to be sympathetic.

And yeah, the biggest difference between Ryder and Bryan is that they intended to RELEASE Ryder and he forced them not to. Ryder is CONSTANTLY gonna have to keep winning them over with merch sales and fan chants to justify his continued employment for awhile.

Bryan is someone who they intended to be at least a career midcarder with no plans to ever let him go. They may want to depush him down to IC/US level at some point but it's not like him getting over is not in their plans. He just got over as the wrong alignment. <_<

It would be incredible if it worked like this. WWE keeps jobbing him out in shorter and shorter bursts, taking away his screen time, not giving him a mic, giving him a mic to force him to say boring stupid crap, and then eventually just refusing to put him on TV, and the crowd just gets hotter and hotter for him each time.

I mean obviously it won't, but I'm just saying, imagine that.

You know with Brock showing up this is technically in sync with my storyline I said last year about all this being a very slow burn Cena angle for heel Cena to face Taker at Mania. People would just keep reappearing to beat up Cena. RVD, Angle, Kennedy, Hardy should all be on back end of contracts with TNA.


It's kind of crazy how much the roster has changed over night and how heel stacked it is. Tensai and Brock redebut. Rock is looming. We still have Wade and Christian looming to make returns where Del Rio already did. Rey is due soon. We still have Skip in the wings. Plus Abraham Washington and Funkasaurus started some direction.

Kane, Orton, and Bryan didnt even come down to the ring!
