Yeahhh, I have the same issue. I can play through the pain but eventually I take breaks. Still have managed to put in a good 20+ hours over the last week.

I find that resting the 3DS on the palm of your right hand alleviates some of the stress on your left hand. Additionally, you can change the control scheme so that it uses the buttons. The game even offers that advice.

unfortunately, I can't use the stand because I'm left-handed and need the CPP, and the CPP can't fit on the stand! So I gotta lift my leg up and brace my 3DS against it.

Blarg now I'm stuck on the third level and can't find a key for a gate.

before you walk through the allyway there's a jar of snakes
