Like if one commits a murder and the other didn't do anything, how does that work? Like, are they considered one person and therefore they're both guilty?

Yeah, but what if they're just there and all of a sudden he pulls a gun out of a drawer and shoots someone. Like, not enough time to reach and stop the twin.

the only thing I can confidently answer is that they are not considered one person. If conjoined twins are capable of driving and want to get their license, they both have to take their own test because they're legally different people

Okay, the two twins are on different computers. One starts hitting on an underaged girl in a chatroom, who's really an FBI agent. The other is looking up guides to MGS3 on GameFAQs. The FBI arrests them; what happens now that one isn't guilty, and didn't even know, of the other's crime?

From: TheRock1525 | #011 Right, but knowing a gun is in a certain position doesn't mean A) you have enough time to react or B) you know what the gun will be used for.
or in the case of conjoined twins like this, they may not even physically be able to stop their twin's actions

They share the driver's seat and one covers one half of the car's controls and the other controls the other half. There are conjoined twins that go to school in the next city over from me that do this

What if one conjoined twin wants to go to an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner, but the other twin has a reception for Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands on the same night?

yeah, them
and yeah me and my friends have already had all these discussions. If you have sex with one of them is it a threesome (they share one vagina); if one wants to have sex with you and the other doesn't, is it rape; if one masturbates is it also incest, etc.

What if you murder a conjoined twin? Is that two counts of homicide?
Most likely, yes. There have been some situations where a pregnant woman has been killed (intentionally or unintentionally), and two counts of murder or manslaughter were charged on the alleged killer. I'm not sure if one has ever been convicted of both counts or not. And whether or not the fetus should count as a human life has been up for debate for decades, while I don't think there is a debate about conjoined twins.
As for the original question, I'd imagine the other twin would be an accessory. Considering that accessories often get less jail time, I wonder how jail time would work.
