In fact, there is only ONE 1 day title reign that I can see.
In order to hold the title for just single day you basically have to win it at the PPV and lose it on Ruin--
Nee's first MW title reign, beats Koala at champions are born, promptly drops it to Drak on Ruin. 10/24/10
TECHNICALLY my first title "reign" was only one day as well. I won the title 10/16/11 and had it stripped the next day by Dante where I then won it back.
GTH's first reign and XIII's second LW reign follow this pattern as well.
If the draft had happened as scheduled, KCF's rematch victory over Ayvuir woudlve counted for this too.
There are PLENTY of instances of people winning the title and then losing it on the next scheduled show, but Nee has the only LEGIT 1 day title reign.

A while back we decided the UCA needed a hard reset. So there was an amnesia bomb and we all started from scratch with new alignments, gimmicks, teams, etc.

Basically, we had a very long while in the UCA where things kinda got bad - we had months at a time with no show, then random people began hosting their own shows every week. Things had gotten really stale storylinewise too, and no one was really trying to shake things up, so we decided to do a mass reboot of the UCA. I held a ruin where the entire gimmick was that THERE WAS A BOMB, and everyone was locked inside. This bomb gave everyone kayfabe amnesia, and everything beforehand was forgotten about entirely (except the recordbooks). This served well, as gave newcomers a perfect place to join in, since they didn't have to learn about a ton of feud plots to start.

But somehow, that was not the end. What are you people doing? You are voting for the wrong people! You’re rooting for a pretty boy douche bag of a champion who claims to be a wonderful musician! As for EdDv and JC. These guys are just tagging along issues. I don’t know much about JC but if he is in a rivalry over coffee then maybe I shouldn’t be too worried. Then there is the Champ. The Champ is here but yet all he does is complain about our wonderful General Manager XII and talks about Tom and Combat. Listen you’re on Ruin and our champion! Don’t complain help me and XIII make the world of wrestling a better in our world and in the future! Please be a hero and help us save the future!

Chronic and eddv's match for the UCA title will be an Ironman Tables Match. -You may vote once per hour -most votes with a message ID of 0 wins
War and eaedwards' match for the LW title will be a GRIZZLY BEAR CAGE DEATHMATCH For only the second time in UCA history - the first one was ALSO a LW title match! Here are the rules.
1. It will be a cage match. This does nothing extra except to make things more dramatic. 2. Joining the wrestlers will be an 800-pound grizzly bear. The bear has not been fed in days. It is quite hungry and impressionable. 3. Every 10 votes, whichever wrestler has the least number of votes will be eaten by the grizzly bear. 4. You can vote once per hour. 5. The e-pop superstar who gets eaten the LEAST wins the title. And also possibly most of his limbs. 6. Effectively there is a fall every 10 votes. In the case of a tie the Bear eats everyone.
