So as you all know I am dating a hardcore vegetarian. We sit down at Olive Garden and it is all romantic and stuff. The lights are dim etc. She orders a salad and I decide to order veal. F*** it, if I want some goddamn calcium in my diet I will get just that. So the waitress delivers are food and the plate with veal is sitting in front of me. She doesn't even look at the fettuccini she ordered. She looks me in the eye as a stare-down, to challenge me. I look at her for several minutes and take a bite out of the veal. She knocks her curry to the floor and storms out of TGI Fridays

Who is in the right here? Me or her?
She is. Knowing she was a vegan, it was foolish of you to order the pork fried rice at Red Lobster. Everyone knows that.

well, see, TGI Friday's is right next door in the mall, so she exited into the mall, thru Friday's, and then out into the parking lot.
In any event, I'm the total opposite of a vegetarian, but if I was dating an "extreme" vegetarian, and her reasons were philosophical rather than physiological (meat makes her puke,) I don't think I would be a big enough dick to order veal. Chicken parm may not be quite as good as veal parm, but it would be a much wiser decision.
BTW, veal = calcium? Are you sure you didn't mean to say protein?
