It's not completely instrumental, but Air - Moon Safari is one of my favorite albums. There's lyrics in a couple of songs, but they take a backseat to the actual instrumental portion.

If you want amazing electronic video game style music, go with ParagonX9 and NemesisTheory.

2dpolygon (aka Avizura) is great for dnb and trance.

Tycho makes the coolest atmospheric music. Not sure if you're into ambient, but his stuff sounds pretty unique.

I didn't have anything really particular in mind. I know it's a broad genre. Well, I like pretty much anything. Electronic music is cool. I really like jazzy music, as well as the piano. Also, I prefer short songs over really long ones.
