And why does he inflict people with nostalgia? To my understanding he's some comic strip character but seriously who actually thought Sunday newspaper comic strips were funny? I'd read baby blues and family circus sometimes but it was more like "I'm bored oh cool pictures" than them actually being funny.

I used to play Skyrim but then I took a patch to the knee.
Im not trolling -__- I legitimately don't know what the big deal is about C&H. Some people treat the title along the same line as Peanuts and Whinnie the Poi but that to me is just wtf.
The only time I ever see anything C&H is on forums so the title must not be too big.

Calvin and Hobbes is a comic strip that had the dignity to stop before it got bad. It was well written and quite often dealt with grown up issues from the pov of a child.
comics are kinda sad. when i was a kid some were alright, but growing up i learned how formulaic and dull they mostly were. calvin and hobbes remains awesome despite age.
it is certainly worth a read.

There is no shame in not knowing; the shame lies in not finding out
Yeah, Family Circus is the most unfunny thing I've ever seen in my life. It's not even in Garfield or Marmaduke territory, which are so bad they become somewhat funny out of pity.
