Oh man, I could have made Smoke and Mirrors the winner if I had listed it as number one instead. Hands of the Wicked is fine too, though. Can't believe I'm the only one who picked This Fire Burns. That theme was tied to some great moments this year that really made it stick out to me. Can't believe people are that crazy over that Flight of the Valkyries remix. The Truth Has Set Me Free (silent) is a great pick, whoever that was. Who used You Suck as a theme this year? And who would ever pick 619?

Can't believe I forgot about the Bro Kick. And Little Jimmy's Finale.

Congratulations to Young Josh Mathews. People actually enjoy the train wreck that is Booker T on commentary? Is it just because he's the only one standing between us and just a Cole/King team at PPVs? Or for that Cody With Your Nose So Bright thing? I forgot William Regal was even eligible, but I would have picked him over YJM (not that that would have prevented him from winning anyway). Kelly Kelly and Brie Bella both beat out Michael Cole, and I only had to vote for one of them for that to happen. Excellent.

Kind of a runaway in Feud of the Year. Knew people liked Orton vs Christian, but didn't realize how much I guess.

I completely forgot about GROTESQUE Cody Rhodes. Deserved a vote on my ballot.

R-Truth's "improvement" was basically just getting a much better character. Zack Ryder's "improvement" was getting a YouTube show. Dolph and Kelly should have been two and three for sure!

I think I had Ziggler vs Morrison at Survivor Series on my ballot at one point, but I don't know what happened to it. Definitely should have been top three.

What wise-ass gave Wrestlemania a first place vote? Or is that a second and a third place vote combined? Because I find that even more ridiculous.

Haha, Smackdown wins by a single point. Uh, why are people voting for the low budget ROH Sinclair over the marginally better ROH HDNet?

In retrospect, I should have given a pity vote to NWA Mountain State Wrestling. Although they fell out of favor with me when they stopped using that terrible intro with "Welcome to the Jungle" playing in the background.

Fair result. I wanted to vote for Awesome Truth, but felt it was more important to recognize John Cena's ridiculous tag team assignments this year, and to be fair, The Miz had a nice Tag Team Champ reign with Cena, while he didn't win **** with R-Truth.

CM Punk with another blowout victory.

Sheamus isn't actually a bad vote for most improved. I at least see it having more merit than Zack Ryder who actually hasn't changed at all. Sheamus sorta had the R-Truth mode of improvement going-- changing gimmicks/alignments and working it well. Reason I think R-Truth is so much more deserving is he changed his character more and changed from borderline unwatchable to excellent whereas Sheamus was pretty decent as a heel too.

Dolph Ziggler should have won Most Improved.

As previously said, R-Truth improved due to character change. Rhodes improved from two character changes, and has been consistently been good in the ring all year. Dolph improved in everything, and in his case I think he's the only one you can definitively see the improvements he has made all year.

The Dolph of December is way better than the Dolph of June who is way better than the Dolph of January. By year's end he joined CM Punk as the only two wrestlers of 2011 that I simply could not change the channel under any circumstances.

Eh I don't think Dolph Ziggler improved much. Dude's always been good. He's improved on the mic a bit (still isn't great at that) but I don't think his in ring work has improved. He was pretty good last year too I'd argue he's just being used better (ie not in the infinity loop with Kofi)

And if you want the guy who's improved the most with the least amount of gimmick changes Bully Ray should win really easily. Much better in the ring and on the mic. Went from forgettable to an actual reason to watch TNA.

I mean yeah he changed from "Brother Ray" to "Bully Ray" but the character didn't change much.

I might've given Punk's old theme a vote if I didn't try to limit my votes to new stuff from this year for themes.

I can't state enough how much better it was than Cult of Personality in pretty much every aspect except for Cult of Personality being a better song. But as a wrestling theme and fitting Punk's character (I don't care what Punk says-- CoP only works for lyrics) it was a lot better.
