Almost impossible to react to the guys because theyre entirely random, the game drops your inputs for no reason, and they're too f***ing fast to react to.
Stupidest f***ing thing. hinp'90q]0

I honestly wanted to smash something the first time I tried the harp. I eventually figured out that I could mostly make it work well enough to make it through the songs if I held the Wiimote about a foot away from the sensor bar.
The rhythm isn't random, it's just very ****ed up in some spots.
Basically you just have to memorize the rhythm rather than try to actually follow the guys.
Oh and the programming is stupid so it's hard to figure out exactly what you're doing wrong. I think, for instance, that if you accidentally waggle a bit back and forth between the "strokes", it counts as you making several wrong strokes and ruins your chances.
I never had any problems completing the harp sections, but they were tiring. I held my arm all the way out and moved it back and forth to the movements of the circle.

What? Swimming is just fine.
With that harp minigame, what do you get when you beat it? I want to know if it's worth it.
s*** is f***ing impossible. Half your inputs are always going to get dropped because youre somehow at the edge of the harp and strumming the wrong way or you strum but link is a f***ing retard and doesnt.
literally impossible
worst game ever

It's the same sequence every time. Just memorize the parts where they do fast waves instead of long waves. The rest of the time just do the same old long stroke rhythm. Go crazy on the freestyle section though.

Hold the wiimote just a foot away from the sensor bar man. It's the only way.
It takes a bit of memorization to be good at it, but the song's simple enough that that shouldn't be a huge issue. I got my piece of heart on my first try where the responses made it sound like the performance was barely passable (honestly though i should have failed), and I tried again immediately after and got what seemed to be the best possible result, with a reward of 50 rupees. Definitely not worth playing for money, but the piece of heart shouldn't be nearly as bad as some people make it sound.
How much are you moving the remote? Try exaggerating your motions. Like, really swing the thing from side to side. 45 degrees either way sort of movement. I never had an issue with dropped inputs or any other technical problems.
by the way i love how i have to keep the nunchuck in and have it always get in the way
totally an awesome song too im sure everyone looking on thinks im a complete f***ing idiot not being able to perform to LA LA LA LA LA LA LA like a tonedeaf toddler
what an amazing game nintendo
except not arrrgh

The electric enemies are worse. Fast changing blocking pattern with a penalty. They seriously change the pattern faster than your Wii registers the controller.

I wouldn't say worse, but definitely bad. I resorted to slingshot or arrows for every electric goblin lest I play roulette with my hearts,
Got the Piece of Heart on my first try doing only a mediocre job, but I'll agree the game is seriously flawed.
Why do Zelda minigames get worse and worse as the series goes on? Kina's Harp, Skydiving, Slicing Bamboo. Digging's fun even with how luck based it starts, but everything else I've played so far is not something I would do for fun like Wind Waker's or Ocarina's games.
