That was a pretty neat Deku Tree BK Skip Cosmo was practicing just now.

It's a shame that it looks like there isn't a consistent method for it just yet (or more specifically that it seems like VC in particular just throws it off.)

I'm gonna race Yoshi's Island on SRL in a about an hour in a half.

If you have at least a general knowledge of the game you should join in too! As long as you only do an any% it isn't very difficult to run like, say, OoT is.

Yeah I was watching him last night as well, he was getting it every other try at least. I wonder what the big difference was to getting it on VC.

It sounded to me like he figured out how to get the GCN controls to respond the correct way. Apparently he has to jam them in the proper direction to get it to work.

He also seemed to be switching from the Hover Boots a lot later.

I was skyping with peaches yesterday while he was doing a trial run of the final boss. 15 straight minutes of smacking the final boss with a stick. I spent the entire time pointing out how boring it was. Maybe the rest of the game is better? I don't know. I think it would be hard to watch really. It's like the opposite of watching peaches play Blast Corps, which is like watching God perform miracles.

Sig is doing Mario 64 speed runs for 24 hours straight.

23 of those hours will be the same 10 stars over and over again.
