But seriously, I kinda want to complain about some characters being too low, but then that would mean them replacing the ones who are ranked high. All the trolls are top-tier tbh. Except for that one guy.

He's number 4! He functions well as a central character and counterpoint to John and is an amazing character by himself, but Terezi + Gamzee + Vriska are all just... I don't even have words for these intense feelings deep inside of me man YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW

Terezi is my favorite tied with Nepeta. At least you have one of them at the TOP, even if the other is low!

Well, if it makes you realize how much I love these trolls, the only other HS characters who would be higher than Nepeta are Jack, Dave, Bro, Mom, and Rose! This arc is just the best part of Homestuck so far easily.

And alas, I'm stuck on dialup for the next month. Are there gonna be any huge flashes anytime soon? I kinda hope not, because it'll take forever to load them ;_;

And as far as "huge" goes, not until the end of Act 5, Cascade, 6009 on the address bar, which is...13:11 long I believe.

There are some fairly large flashes in 5-2 aside from the EoA5 (which does dwarf everything).

There aren't any in Hivebent except for the ending one, though.

What the heck, no. From the point he's at until Cascade, there's at least 8 significant flash animations, with a handful of other minor ones, and there's... I think five walkarounds? There's tons of stuff going on in Act 5-2. Yeah, Cascade is obviously the big one - I'm spoiling nothing about it except to say that it's a doozy - but there's tons of big flashes leading up to that point.

When I think big I think....5 minutes. Unless Dial-Up is even slower than I remember.

I forgot about the walkarounds, though.

Well, Cascade is the only flash longer than 5 minutes, so when he was saying huge I was aiming more for like, at least 2 minutes, which like I said there's about 8 flashes between now and Cascade of at least that length.

omitted characters I don't feel too strongly for (like Grandpa, Nanna, and all the Vagabond/Wanderer/etc guys) and I altered the troll ranking slightly due to Tavros being a hippie imp-tamer

See, I was TOTALLY right when I said there'd be at least eight flashes between now and the end of act 5 that would cause issues for dialup.

try giving this time to load ages

I don't recommend watching it on Youtube because it destroys the quality pretty bad, but it's there as a last resort.

[S] Make her pay is my favorite non-Cascade flash in all of Homestuck so you're in for a treat!

i can't say i particularly desire watching it in lesser quality either, but i literally watched cascade in super extreme low quality streaming because newgrounds was broken and i just HAD to see what came next.

a few hours later, hussie provided a megaupload link and i was able to actually watch it in quality and you know...make out things happening on screen.
