It's really not too late. Nominations still get finalized by charon, and if he bumps up the required noms, then just state which noms were previously in that need another nom or two, or make a command decision if someone should be in even if they have a lower number of noms simply because their series needs the representation in some way.

I mean I would seriously be fine with just Voldemort, Dumbledore, and Harry as the only 3 Reps from Harry Potter if it means getting in blood from other areas that have not yet been included.

I'm still on the first page (almost done) working. This may take a while; I'd also like some dinner. I kinda asked you guys to use better judgement to save me from having to make these types of decisions. Chances are if you think they aren't a mage they probably aren't. You save me a lot of work by not making me research characters I have no knowledge of.

Once I am done, I will post the list that contains everyone on it. I will then go through it and verify their status for this contest.

For most of the Touhou characters, their status as a Mage or Wizard probably depends on whether or not you're counting Spell Cards (their main attacks) as actual spells. Patchouli and I think Marisa are wizards or whatever, but not too many others are.
