Yeah, it's not going to be available on day 1 in Japan, but a U.S. FAQ said it'll support PS1 Classics. Tough to say, but I imagine it's something that needs more time to cook.
What exactly is their plan regarding whether titles will be downloadable or on a form of physical media or what? I haven't been paying enough attention, I guess.
Still kinda on the fence about Vita. I'm gonna take a wait and see approach... if they actually start bringing over good Japanese games, unlike PSP, I'll get it. If they just keep more than half of the lineup exclusive to Japan again I'll pass.

eh, PSP was a dead system in North America, that's why PSP kept getting so much games in Japan that never come here.
Vita should do much better than PSP, so that shouldn't be as big of a problem.

Save to Internal Memory: Asphalt Injection Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 F1 2011 Dynasty Warriors Next Shin Kamaitachi no Yoru Dark Quest Alliance Army Corps of Hell Shinobido 2 Power Smash 4 Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend Michael Jackson Mahjong Fight Club Let's Try Bass Fishing Fish on Next Lord of Apocalypse
Need a separate memory card: @field Uncharted Dream Club Zero Disgaea 3 Return Hot Shots Golf 6 Monster Raider Ridge Racer
Wait, can someone explain this to me? Are we talking DS-style in-card memory? Which one is that? Does the Vita have internal storage at all? Is the separate memory Pro Duo or something else?

Yeah, there is space dedicated to saving on the Vita cards. If the save is 'too big,' you have to save to an external memory card. Vita doesn't have any internal memory set aside, likely in order to come in at the $250 price.
Excuse my potential ignorance about this sort of thing, but how does the 3G work as far as pricing goes?
If I pay the upcharge for the 3G model, do I just have 3G service on it for the life of the Vita free of charge?
If there's a monthly data charge, and I already have a data plan through AT&T, can I just get it and my phone to share that plan (I don't hit anything close to 2GB per month anyway)?
I can't really think of any need I would ever have for the 3G service considering that my smartphone can handle any mobile internet needs I would encounter, but if the answer to either of those questions is "yes" then I might buy the 3G model anyway.
