Everybody loves nanomachines.

Don't expect literary genius! But expect DEATH

Chapter 1

Scattered throughout the vast forest, 42 people came to their senses. Beside each person was an item. The items were varied; the man known as Commodore was slightly disgusted that he had a sword covered in what appeared to be...well...something moddable. Nio woke up to a pleasant surprise, as a big box lay next to her. Looking inside, she saw that it was in compartments, with a different cute animal in each one. Megaman703 suspected it was the smell of the nearby Tunas that had awoken him.

In actual fact, they had been co-ordinated to wake up simultaneously. Sitting in the invisible blimp (yes) that he had named the "Rising Taco", XIII looked at the 42 screens he had set up, showing feeds from the cameras he had set on the forehead of each person. They were set to cease operation when the person the camera was attached to died.

XIII smirked, and sipped his whiskey before reaching for the nearby microphone.

"Hello, losers."

All 42 people heard the voice. 41 people were listening.

"Basically, I was bored and thought I'd get some people to fight to the death. While you were drugged I showed you all a big list of random items, mostly weapons. The one you drooled on is the one you're stuck with! Clever, no?"

Dante scowled, angry at his saliva. Clearly he had drooled on the "used toilet roll" option.

"I'd apologise, but I'm a dick, so I won't," continued XIII. "May the best man or woman win! Oh, and don't try and escape. Anyone who does will get-" XIII hit a button on his control panel - "a shock."

He cut the transmission. "How was the "pun"?" he asked his pilot.
"Not bad."

Nio was too busy petting her animals to really listen, though she got the general gist, and the electric shock had snapped her back to reality. She frowned, but then she saw something. One of the kittens. It had fire in its eyes, a murderous look. "I will call you...Minio."

She had just said this when the grass nearby rustled. Through the undergrowth emerged a dark figure. It was wielding a long, tubular weapon that Nio identified as a Bazooka!

senorhousemouse took aim at Nio, wondering if all the kills would be this easy, when Nio exclaimed "wait! Maybe we can form an alliance!"

Not taking his eyes off the target, senorhousemouse said "Really? What's your weapon? What could you offer me?"
"I have a basket of cute animals."
"...prepare to die-wait, do you have mice?"

Nio checked. "Yes."
"^_^", said shm, and lowered the Bazooka approaching Nio.

He peered into the box. "Where's the mouse?"
"Oh, it's right the-GET HIM MINIO!"

The last thing senorhousemouse saw was a kitten leaping from the basket. It slashed at shm's throat with such force that his head somehow exploded.

On the Rising Taco, XIII saw the feed from senorhousemouse's screen cut out. "Huh. That was unexpected."

Chapter 2

Meanwhile, foolmo and saveus_maria were having a knife fight.

Back and forth they swung, but maria, despite having a weapon inferior in size (lol), began to get the upper hand. Foolmo was forced back, up against a tree, desperately defending himself from saveus_maria's vicious strikes.

Suddenly, maria aimed a vicious knee at foolmo's...nether regions and foolmo winced in pain.

His attacker smiled. "User saveus_maria will kill you if you stand here."
"What?" said foolmo, but that was all he could say as the stainless steel kitchen knife was plunged into his chest.

But it wasn't over. With his last vestiges of strength, foolmo pressed the button on his dagger's hilt and held it.

Before he knew it, time had been rewound 10 seconds. He deflected the last knife strike from maria and this time knew what was coming. He immediately moved out of the way and maria's knee hit the tree with some force.

Maria howled in pain - and that pain was only accentuated by the dagger blade burying itself into maria's kidneys. A second stab went a little higher, right between the shoulder blades.

Foolmo kicked Maris to the groun, leaving him(?) there to die as he walked away, checking the dagger. He could only rewind time 5 more times...but that could be enough for him to win this.

Chapter 3

Speedyoshi was not particularly interested in winning. He figured he could wait it out while everybody else killed each other...so he began to dig with the shovels he had been given.

He dug and dug until he found himself in a rather large pit. Sweat was pouring off him as he began to dig into the hole he had created. Eventually he had created a hole big enough to stay in for a while.

Meanwhile, Kazbar was trying to work out what the hell he was going to do with this weapon he had. It was a short, thick, stick with a blunt edge and a fish tied to it. On the side was a coin slot. He had spent several minutes examining it when he gave up and set off looking for someone to kill.

As he moved, he heard the deep pocket of the baggy jeans he was wearing jingle. He was carrying...loose change? How odd.

He kept walking as he dug his hand into his pocket and pulled out a couple of coins. He put them in the mysterious coin slot and suddenly the stick began to change. The end opened up and a long pike slid out of it with some speed.

...Unfortunately, a watching GrapeFruitKing chose this moment to jump out from behind a nearby tree and fire his pepper spray at Kazbar. Bad timing.

The spray made contact with Kazbar's eyes sure enough, but Kazbar's true weapon revealed itself with such force that it stabbed the unfortunate GFK right through the gut.

Kazbar flailed, blinded by the Pepper Spray. This only caused to make GFK's wound worse and he keeled over, dead.

Chapter 4

When XIII had been researching the list of weapons and items that his contestants could use, he had come upon one known as "Keris". He had no idea what the "Keris" was and was too lazy to look it up so, thanks to a suggestion from his friend Little Jimmy O, he had decided to instead clone the RnB singer Keri Hilson. That way, Raka_Putra would still have his "Keris".

So rather than having a sword or whatever a keris is, when Raka woke up he was confronted with this.




"Hello Raka," one of the Keris said when he awoke.
"Uhh..." said Raka, unsure of how to respond.

Cobain, meanwhile, was quite happy with what he had landed up with. Clearly he must have drooled over two different things on the list because he had both a sweet gun and a lightsaber.

He activated the saber and began to swing it around, getting some practice with it.

Unfortunately, he accidentally cut down a tree.

The sound it made as it collapsed was sure to alert anyone nearby, so Cobain switched to "jungle" camo to bring his index up to 70% and hid in a nearby hollowed-out Oak.

It did not take long for him to hear the sound of someone approaching.

7Deuce86 had come to investigate. He did so with caution, knowing whoever had done this was probably nearby. He raised his pointed stick, ready to strike any would-be assailant.

Unfortunately, Cobain did not need to be close to Deuce to kill him. Cobain stepped out from the hollowed-out Oak and fired three shots. The suppressor dulled the noise, and Deuce never knew what hit him. Only two of the bullets found their mark, but he was hit badly in the leg and stomach. He collapsed and Cobain walked towards him and simply said "I'm sorry," before shooting Deuce one more time in the head.

Three people watched these events unfold; Pram_the_Oracle, armed with only a switchblade, ran far away from Cobain, knowing he had virtually no chance in a fight against him. The other, however, was a little more proud, deciding to go for the kill rather than picking his battle and running away.

Pirateking leapt at Cobain with vigour, his two Katanas slashing through the air.

Cobain, though, was too quick. He heard the sound of the sudden movement, spun, and activated his lightsaber. With a quick slash, the blades of Pirateking's Katanas were cut apart, leaving Pirateking with two...nubs.

Pirateking looked down at his weapons in shock.

On the Rising Taco, XIII smiled in the anticipation of another imminent kill.

Cobain had other ideas, though. "Man, I don't want to kill you when you don't have any weapons. It just wouldn't be faAUUUGHHHH"

XIII was not satisfied with Cobain chickening out, and shocked Cobain.

"Oh, looks like I'll have to do it anyway," said Cobain with a shrug. "Sorry!" And that was the last thing Pirateking heard as Cobain slashed his head off with the Lightsaber.

Speaking of chickening out, Kakashi the Shoeman was still there, watching. He didn't want any part of Cobain either and set off as well, Rubber Chicken in hand.

Boo I call shenanigans those katanas were made of that stuff that was immune to lightsaber hax (Cortosis)

though to be honest I really expected if I was going to be KOd by anything in this thing it was going to be by the lightsaber guess I was right...Should have gone with Katana + gun.

Meanwhile, Bigwig_rah was certainly thinking he as "big". Or his ego was "big", in any case, since he was using his PP7 to do a James Bond impression.

He slunk from tree to tree with as much sophistication as he possibly could. In the absence of a Vodka Martini, however, "Bondwig_rah" simply had to look for people to kill.

He quickly found a victim in the shape of KingBartz, who was nearby with his Short Sword and Shield combo.

Bartz had yet to see him. He also noticed he was stuck in the "thief" job class. He so badly wanted to change into a Black Ma-XD if you think I am going to perpetuate an FFV running gag

Bigwig shot him in the face three or four times and Bartz died.

Plum had seen the whole thing. As a keen Goldeneye player himself, he knew what the likes of "Bondwig" were in reality: posers, nothing more. He knew that he had the superior weapon and would dispatch him eventually, but decided to bide his time. There were several trees and branches in the way, blocking his shot right now.

X_Dante_X and Megaman703 were in trouble. They were pinned down by a manic and Forceful Dragon, who was using his Crossbow to pin the pair of them down. FD did not like the numbers game but knew he had the superior range to his weapon and knew that, eventually, his advantage would tell. He kept firing and advancing on his prey, while they desperately moved from tree to tree, trying to find cover.

Eventually, they both threw themselves behind a fallen log at the same time. They knew in that moment they would have to work together, or they would both die. They nodded to each other and Dante risked a peek over the top of the log and nearly took a bolt through his head for his trouble as FD continued to advance mercilessly. They crawled away from the log and split up, hiding behind different trees. FD continued to fire on them.

He was focusing on Megaman, who had gone to the right, when he heard a noise on his left. He spun and fired at it, but there was nothing there.

The distraction - a small stone thrown by Dante - was effective, though, as Megaman ran at FD. He swung his Tunas at FD aggressively, seeking to knock FD unconscious or worse.

FD, however, managed to use Megaman's momentum against him. After dodging a couple of hard blows with the tuna, he shifted his weight and managed to avoid Megaman's charge. He had dropped his Crossbow but quickly drew his small hammer. As Megaman turned around, FD scored a heavy blow to Megamn's head, knocking him unconscious. FD quickly picked up his Crossbow and fired at Megaman a couple of times, killing him.

FD doubled over, panting. He had forgotten about Dante, who attacked from behind with a Brogue Kick.

With FD temporarily out of commission, Dante took out the cylindrical piece of cardboard that was his weapon. While watching Megaman and FD fight he had streamlined it, turning it into a slightly more effective weapon.

A weapon he now plunged into FD's eye. He jiggled it around a bit to make sure he was dead - and he was.
