Go. Off the top of my head I can't think of any but also a lot of games I play tend to involve silent protagonists so that's kind of okay, and also I haven't played too many games in a while.

Mortal Kombat (2011) has 7 female characters (Sonya, Kitana, Mileena, Jade, Sindel, Sheeva, and DLC character Skarlet). They talk about things other than men in Story Mode. For example, Kitana and Mileena talk about killing each other. Most fighting games fit the bill, really. Multiple female characters who talk to each other about how they will (or did) beat each other up.

Does the Portal series count? GLaDOS talks to Chell, but Chell is mute.

In Pokemon, you can play a female and talk to any other female about not-guys, unless male pokemon count maybe...

FF9 passes, about an hour in so far. Brahne and Beatrix talking about Garnet going missing. Chrono Cross, about five hours in, doesn't so far -- the only named female characters are Kid and Harlequin, and they've only talked to each other about Serge.

Yeah, the Bechdel Test is meant for two hour films, not 30+ hour RPGs or other dialogue-heavy games. Even a game focused mostly on a male hero and male villain will be able to sneak in a conversation that passes, unlike a similarly designed movie.

In most games there is little to no evidence that anyone in the world ever talks to anybody besides your character/party.

in MM the ranch girls talk about the ranch. i haven't played any other Zelda games recently.

Also, I imagine that any game where you're allowed to pick the gender of the main character will meet this criteria, if only for the characters whose only dialogue is "Welcome to Corneria" and such.

There are almost no conversations between two characters who aren't (silent male protagonist) Link, so of course it's going to fail at this.

I can't think of any game where characters get to talk with each other that doesn't fit this rule. The Bechdel test really doesn't work well with text heavy video games.
