I just feel like playing something relaxing after a very stressful week. I prefer something that I can stop playing easily and won't get addicted to. It can be a free or paid game.
Minecraft or a random free MMO (like Perfect World Online)
Doing somewhat monotonous tasks (mining in Minecraft or doing somewhat repetitive quests) is usually pretty stress-relieving for me. There's something about the mindlessness of it that makes it rather relaxing after having to work on a bunch of stuff.
Also oddly I've come to like taking a run through custom maps from old first person shooters. It's perfect when a lot of maps take little more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
Thanks for the great suggestions! More suggestions are welcome!
The stress is from school, not really anger with anyone or anything. Well, except my accounting teacher and the entire subject of accounting. My accounting class makes me want to punch things. >_>

www.rainymood.com works for me. But my opinions on weather are... weird.
Gameswise... it's pretty much impossible to be unhappy while playing something obscenely cute, like Yoshi's Story or Gurumin. I could also prescribe The Longest Journey, as even though some of the puzzles are obtuse enough to cause stress from frustration, April's voice has the opposite effect.
