By the way, this is the first time I've played a Gears of War game since the original. Was pretty fun, though its weird how there's no real way to quit. It just keeps putting you into matches until you pause it and select return to main menu.

Yeah, doesn't bother me personally. I don't know why there is such a giant uproar for something pretty dumb. LA Noire really annoyed me with all the separate preorder bonus cases, stuff like that is bad imo, this is just dumb but harmless.

Stuff like skins, who cares, it just makes it so you don't have to DL a patch with that stuff in it. I mean, honestly, that's the only real difference - everyone who goes online would need to DL a patch. Instead it's on the disk, much better for everyone.

It would have been a secondary patch and would cost the publisher more money, and the player experience isn't really any different. Either way it's not really a big deal to me.

Campaign is solid so far, I can already tell how huge it is.

Comp Multiplayer is really fun just like the beta. I did pretty bad my first game, because they definitely made quite a few changes from the beta, but now Im BACK TO OWNING YEAAAH

Playing solo Hardcore Campaign...this game is so godlike. If Halo CEmake can be bought over XBLA, this game may seriously not leave my Xbox 360 for a long ass time.
