That topic about mile times reminded me that I'm a fleshy mass and that I'd like to become a statue made of pure mica. Or granite. Granite's stronger, so probably that one.

Anyhow, I'm looking for good music to run to. I'm trying out this Couch to 10k thing - some friends have used it to great effect - but I'm worried that I'll get bored if I run without music. Thanks, y'all!
