WHAT IS IT: The best online third person shooter out there.

WHEN IS IT AVAILABLE: June 28th to July 13th for PS+ subscribers. Non-subscribers can get in on the action Monday, July 3rd.

June 28th - July 4th: Team Deathmatch, Plunder, Three Team Deathmatch, Co-op Arena on the Airstrip and Chateau maps.

Uncharted multiplayer is back! Well, it never really left. Board 8 has had a solid crew playing Uncharted 2 weekly for the last 18 months, and that crew is always adding new members excited by the unique shooting experience Uncharted offers. The guns might not feel as good as Gears, but the platforming-inspired levels and small, team-based objective modes more than make up for that. We've all been salivating over the Beta, and while some of the additions have been a bit controversial -- especially to HM, hater of puppies -- we'll see how kickbacks, power plays, and the new boosters affect the UC3 multiplayer tomorrow.

Where are you reading that? On Naughty Dog's site, it specifically says all current subscribers are eligible. No specifications about when or how you subscribed.

I haven't even activated my plus yet. Guess I should. Though I have the Infamous 2 voucher as well.

I just replayed UC2 for the first time in over a year. I forgot what an incredible experience it is. I still don't think the gameplay has the kind of depth to support multiplayer, but if B8 is into it, I'll give it another go with UC3 beta.

Yes. Even says it on the case!

I'm not sure what kind of 'depth' we're talking about here. The gameplay naturally lends itself to being multiplayer.

I joined a match...and I kept trying to reload with square. >_>

Damn other games.

"Now I have to get another game going before my mom notices."

They were like 25-9. All 3 in the party. I think they were in the wrong mode. Other team was like levels 7-35 and they all scored in the negative. Camped the power weapons once the matched was 3-0 and started throwing the treasure into choke points.
