Those should be "Helen Keller! The Musical" and "Krazy Kripples," respectively.
Let's edit the first post to have the link to South Park Studios -- I'm glad to help, but it'll also help others who want to double-check too.

Let's try something difficult now that Season 15A is over and the series may be ending this year: I want to compile a top-five list of each important character's best moments. Basically, if you think a character may have five good moments in the series, that's important enough for this list! That's a whole lot of characters to cover, so this should be fun.
I'll do my best to help organize and define each moment for each character, plus label its episode...but the easier and more specific you can make this for me, the better. For example, I may follow you if you say "That time when Cartman yelled at his mom in that iPad-episode"...but I'll better understand you if you say "Cartman accusing Mrs. Cartman of f***ing him through-out 'HUMANCENTiPAD.'" That example would cover the majority of an episode, though there may be other cases you choose to get more specific like "Randy on the Wheel of Fortune in 'With Apologies to Jesse Jackson.'" Answer however you feel is fitting, and we'll advance from there.
Now, as for how to best collect and rank these moments...let's start by collecting as many great moments as we can. You're welcome to name an unlimited amount of moments per character as you, for as many characters as you wish. I'll organize them in the meanwhile; when this topic serves its purpose to encompass most of these great moments, I'll make more specific topics on each character to decide their best moments.
So, are you in...because I can't do this without you! Got questions? Ask them, because it's a pretty loose idea right now that will need your input to develop.
Trying to think of my five favorites for several characters, huge South Park fan here.
Randy Marsh - Fight with Batdad (The Losing Edge) - "We can't trust the sword of a thousand truths to a NOOB" (Make Love, Not Warcraft) - Saving the boys from old people driving (Grey Dawn)
Butters Stotch - The entire episode of Majorine - His revenge on Cartman (AWESOM-O) - Birth of Professor Chaos (Professor Chaos) - His attempt to suck Cartman's blood (The Ungroundable)
Eric Cartman - Cartman becomes the Dawg (Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy) - "Somalian Pirates, We!" (Fatbeard) - His plan for a free trip to Casa Bonita (Casa Bonita) - Attempting to kill Kyle with a wiffle-ball bat (Toilet Paper) - Crapping out of his mouth (Red Hot Catholic Love)
Stan Marsh - Ending to Trapped in the Closet - Stan Marsh vs. John Edward (Biggest Douche in the Universe) - Attempting to win Wendy back with "Shock the Monkey" (Raisins)
Kyle Broflovski - Kyle's Jersey side (It's a Jersey Thing)

Man these are so hard to pick! Here's a few for starters, I'll post some more later.
Mr. Garrison Teaching the kindergarteners about sexual positions (Proper Condom Use) Revealing "It" (The Entity) The entire Death Camp of Tolerance episode
Chef Chef Aid Singing about prostitutes with James Taylor
-- darkx got banned. :-\ Currently playing: Final Fantasy XIII, NSMBW, Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors
Butters Never letting go of Cartman's hand, regardless of the circumstances (Super Fun Time)

Clyde Cartman: "Clyde, use your crossbow now! ...Clyde? Clyde!" *Clyde appears reading a Playboy, oblivious to WoW* Cartman: "We lost Clyde!" (Make Love, Not Warcraft)
Ike The fact that he loses his virginity before any kid not named Jimmy (Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy)
Stan/Cartman Stan: "We're doing a project for anatomy class, and it requires us to have a picture of our mothers' breasts." Cartman (with wig): "I'm sorry son, but I can't let you have a picture of my hot breasts." Stan: "But Mom, the teacher said-" Cartman: "No no no Stan, it's 'But MOMMMMMM'" Stan: "But Mommmm-" Cartman: "Not like that Stan, you go BUT MOMMMMMMMM!" Stan: "Dammit, this is useless!" (from Preschool)

-- 2011 New York Mets: 29-31 "I can't possibly think of anything less intimidating than the New York Jets." - lovethejuice
Since Tuong Lu Kim was mentioned, I have to mention two great moments from just last week:
TUONG LU KIM Fighting his Japanese competitor (City Sushi) Suffering from multiple personalities (City Sushi)
It's also about time we get some celebrities in here! Should somebody have enough great moments to warrant their name to be individually mentioned, I'll fix that manually. For now though, throw 'em in this category!
CELEBRITY Kanye West using calculations on a white-board to get a joke (Fishsticks) Tom Cruise lying dead beside Willzyx (201) Biggy Smalls being summoned by children by mirrors (Hell on Earth 2006) Steve Irwin arriving to Satan's party without a costume (Hell on Earth 2006) Michael Jackson's soul controlling Ike (Dead Celebrities)
I'll also add that last one to Ike:
IKE Being possessed by Michael Jackson (Dead Celebrities)
I should have mentioned at some point that South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut also counts, so let's get Sheila involved:
SHEILA BROFLOVSKI Singing "Blame Canada" (South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut) Unleashing her Jersey-side (It's a Jersey Thing)
Let's make three in a row for that family:
GERALD BROFLOVSKI Getting a dolphinplasty (Mr. Garrison's Fancy New V*****)
I'd like opinions on how to handle reoccuring moments...right now I'll add them both to the first episode they're attributed to...
STAN MARSH Puking on Wendy when she gives him attention (first seen in Cartman Gets An Anal Probe)
KENNY MCCORMICK Dying (first seen in Cartman Gets An Anal Probe)
...should these be more specific?
EDIT: Let's go ahead and get Mr. Mackey on the board, too:
MR. MACKEY Directing a play about tooth decay (Royal Pudding) Searching for whoever pooped in the school's urinal (Mystery of the Urinal Deuce)

I guess I should throw this out there: for characters who don't really have enough moments to make their own top five moments (like Lemmiwinks...sadly!), I'll manually put them into their own category in the future; that will allow for some fun discussions between some people's favorite one-time characters (and those with slightly more common appearances), I'm sure. In fact, I'll add one now!
SEXUAL HARASSMENT PANDA Singing to introduce himself in the beginning of "Sexual Harassment Panda"

Just as a conversation-starter since this topic will probably last awhile: who has listened to the soundtrack to their play THE BOOK OF MORMON? Because it's fantastic and a lot of signs are pointing to it doing well at the Tony Awards tomorrow night.

Here's another conversation-starter: South Park nearly beat The Simpsons and Family Guy combined in Entertainment Weekly's competition for the greatest animated series. Niiiiiiice.
Cartman -His final plan to go unconscious to avoid doing his history report by being dropped into a pool with a toaster thrown in (among other things) in the episode 'I'm a Little Bit Country' -When the cops tell him all of his felonies and mention how long in Casa Bonita then replying it was 'totally' worth it -The ending of Scott Tenorman must die -The ending of 201 when he cries about being half Jew
Kyle -Organizing the pedophiles to attend Cartman's dateline interview in Les Petit Tourettes -Telling Cartman frankly that he hates him (I can't remember this episode off the top of my head, Cartman is asking him for a favor or something and Kyle just responds with, I hate you or Because I hate you)
Butters -Beating up villains then returning to the bus with Cartman saying "Teacher, my partner is back on the bus" at the end of Super Fun Time -Killing everyone at the end of 'You got F***** in the A'
Kenny -Throwing the ninja star into Butters' eye in 'Fun Times with Weapons'
Stan Marsh End of scientology episode when he yells 'Fine! Sue Me'
CELEBRITY The Cure saving South Park at the end of "Mecha-Streisand" Radiohead dissing Scott Tenorman at the end of "Scott Tenorman Must Die" Korn parodying Scooby Doo in "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery"

I know there are more moments from this -- I can't do this alone!
While we're waiting for more moments though, here's how I'd like to proceed. After we collect a lot here, I'd start off with the four main children. Each child would get their own topic, where we would start ranking them (you can still have write-ins). In that same topic would also be a last call for nominations for the next character about to be done. So, say the first topic's about Stan and the second's about Kyle...while Stan's memories are being ranked, I would also be going for some more last-second nominations from Kyle before his topic officially started. The process continues for as long as we can.
Thoughts?
