Yeah, Battle Subway's been a lot harder than I expected. I mean, I'm using a team with nearly no thought put into it at all, but I got the gold symbol in the Battle Castle on my first try with the same amount of effort. Once I get my power items, I can train up my doubles team and hopefully have it a bit easier.

So I'm taking on some dude in Pokemon Online, right? I send in my Latias, which is a pure defensive CM'er with Sub/Recovery. Well he makes the mistake of switching out on my substitute and letting me CM. He sends in Jellicent with IB to try and kill me, it doesn't work. I get myself all the way up to +6 CM, that's 1,024 Sp. Attack for my Latias, and I let loose with a Dragon Pulse.


AND IT DOESN'T KILL THE JELLICENT.

STAB, 1024 SPECIAL ATTACK, DRAGON PULSE

DID.

NOT.

KILL.

that thing's Sp. Def is too much. Just too much.

Why would anyone use anything but the first grass in the game to attack ev train? And who doesn't use PP to count EVs?

Not since GSC and even in GSC you cold go over 999 a bit if you were a Thick Club Marowak.

Transferring all 493 from SS is going by a lot quicker than I had anticipated. After only about 4 hours I'm almost done with Gen 3

There was Victini, but that's over now.

3 pokes haven't been released yet, so unless you find a hacker (or hack yourself), so 153 is the practical number to reach for if you're completing the B/W dex.
