She has some good ideas but also a lot of bad ideas. She's a populist in the same vein as Trump, which is usually a recipe for disaster (as seen by the last 4 years). About 80% of the people in the party are more experienced and qualified than she is

I have problems with her, but I don't think it's enough for me to ever refuse to vote for her. I'd need to see where she would be at and her competition.

I doubt she'd want to be Speaker. To do the job well you have to balance the needs of everyone in the caucus, which has a lot of tension with what she wants to do (pull the party in a particular direction).

I would say by that very same token it would put her in a good position to do what she wants to do, if she has the political acumen to do it (I think she eventually will)

A president probably should keep that as a consideration, but it's not their direct responsibility. The Speaker is elected by the caucus, so if they start throwing members under the bus they're not gonna remain Speaker for very long.
