The joke is Ozzy has a song saying I am Iron Man, which has nothing to do with Marvel comics or Iron Man the comic character, but seem people think it does and they bought the rights to use it in the film. So that is a 10 year or w/e commitment to a bit. That very line is a payoff typifying the whole MCU since the first Iron Man film which also was the start of the MCU plan.
