Today, as I think of things for which I'm thankful, I can't help but list Board 8 and so many of its great users. When this board is able to forsake detached sarcasm for earnestness and its unique trademarked tacit ability to care about its denizens, I can't help but marvel at the deep and yet quiet friendships that percolate here year after year. So many longtime B8ers have remained here over a decade after their first appearances because this is a community that can open real dialogues and offer real support to one another should the need arise.
I've been moved by the friendships that I've formed here on Board 8, and I want to thank all of you for being a piece of the greater body of Board 8 that I've grown to love. Happy Thanksgiving Scarlet!
