That reminds me, I just watched AoP vs TM61 from the Dusty Classic a couple days and I'm really hoping WWE releases TM61 sooner rather than later so Shane Thorne can go back to Japan and realize the ridiculous star potential he has. I'm starting to think the company somehow sees absolutely nothing in either guy and their future endeavor-ing is inevitable but their prime years might be wasted before that time comes.

No wonder, considering the entire match was almost intentionally designed to make them look as unremarkable as possible.

To be fair, I think they were actually on a really good path before the injury occurred. Part of me thinks that they were jobbed in the first round because Triple H likes to knock out stars early who he thinks have big potential so they aren't remembered as the people "who lost in the finals of the tournament".

I did not expect ZSJ to be so strong on the mic.

This tournament has elevated him greatly, the move to HW seemed odd at first, but it's set him apart from the other major brits.

His matches come off very differently from the rest of the roster too.

If it's any indication, it seems like Matt is throwing everything he can into the two week buildup. They made a huge deal of "Hardy Compound" and his family, plus whatever the George Washington giraffe was. I assume its the same as that goldfish playing chess a few months back. Suitably crazy shit, and I think Matt and Bray both know they need to hit this out of the park.

I've only seen the Final Deletion, so my knowledge of how far this rabbit hole goes is limited.
