He's grunting like it's such a damn effort to even eat. And he has his feet propped up on a chair because his feet can't handle the amount of weight his fat ass forces on him. And when he's done he'll put on his back brace and then wheeze his way back to his department, but not before applying monkey butt powder so his own fat doesn't chafe against the rest of his fat. Like in grocery stores, separate the unhealthy stuff from the rest and make it so the only way to get to the unhealthy crap aisle is to walk on a treadmill going into the opposite direction with a 30 degrees slope. We should probably start excluding them from more things. I'd be totally okay if obese people were denied job opportunities on the basis that if they cannot care for their personal health an employer would see that as a risk to put them in charge of something else. Seriously human beings should put their body's health above anything else. It's the number one concern I have, I am terrified of looking overweight because it's such a social stigma (and rightly so). I know a lot of this sounds offensive but I'm just so tired of the excuse making that goes on. Stuff like a Fat People tax that make fat people pay more for food that's deemed unhealthy. I know there's a fat tax in the UK (IIRC anyway) but that's punishing everybody, there are people who like unhealthy crap but do what needs to be done to make it so it won't affect their health, we shouldn't punish those people. Maybe I don't know, make public transportation costlier because they take more space (and we all know that a fat dude in a bus prevents people to entering said bus sometimes).
