At first I thought these were PC players being annoying and petty about taking 2 minutes to make a PSN account, but it seems there's a significant amount of countries where you actually can't MAKE a PSN account unless you do so through a VPN (for which your PSN account will be banned if it's discovered), essentially rendering the game unplayable. They're trying to work some extreme damage control right now because apparently this was Sony's decision and the devs didn't get to a say in it, but man.....what a mess.
