I mean if you're going to be super stringent about only 1, 2, and New Vegas being good then the series I already ruined, so who cares if it isn't in line with the lore from those games? Fallout should be pretty goofy, but it is hard to take anything seriously due to the overall tone and characters making light of everything all the time. The Ghoul is easily the best character, as I expected because Walton Goggins is always great. It shows a lot of respect to its source material. But you need to understand that the source material is Bethesda Fallout. If you go into the show expecting it to be an adaptation of a West Coast Fallout game, you are going to be disappointed. It's not what the show is trying to be. They are incredibly faithful to the canon of the Bethesda Fallout universe which, let's face it, is the real one now. No, I'm not talking about NV, I mean if you're a sucker for 2 or especially 1... you're out of luck. I had a good time with it, very much a junk food show. MC was one of the better vault dwellers in the media, absolutely couldn't stand goggins character though.
