Thats just one for four different eras, not bad. When You Wish Upon A Star is the first true iconic Disney song, its their jingle and was the first to win an oscar. Part Of Your World defined the modern Disney song. Let It Go was the smash hit, and We Dont Talk About Bruno was the recent even bigger breakout.

  • When You Wish Upon A Star. The only true lock for the list. It's the freaking company's theme.
  • We're All In This Together. Wanted something live action, so looked and this seems to be the most popular HSM song. Something from that villain series could fit, too.
  • Let It Go. Yes, it's overplayed at this point, but it's still probably the most popular Disney song since the turn of the century.
  • Bibbidi Babbidi Boo. Had to choose between classic and Pixar, and went with age.
HMs: The Ducktales theme would have made the list if eligible - Lost Lamp doesn't predate the TV series. You've Got A Friend In Me.

First two are locks (Upon a Star is literally the anthem, Let It Go is the recent song everyone knows. And could not avoid even if they tried.). Part of Your World is if not the defining song of the Renaissance, as mentioned, definitely the song that set the template for the Renaissance to follow. Then for the last one idk that's hard but I feel Lion King needs a song on the rushmore and Circle of Life is as good a pick as any.

  1. When You Wish Upon A Star: Nothing more needs to be said that others here already haven't. Disney anthem. A true classic.
  2. Let it Go: This is still "the song" of modern Disney animated movies and belongs up here, even if not my personal favorite.
  3. Circle of Life: If one were forced to pick an anthem for the Renaissance Period...I think this would have to be it, right? It's a loaded period of Disney's best music. But this one has got to be the most iconic from that period, even if not the best.
  4. A Whole New World: I am picking this as my last selection because this song was the winner of the last two Disney music tournaments hosted on this board. So that's got to count for something.
