It appears that France as the first western country to broadcast Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. Even various games from Super Famicom and Mega Drive had been localized there. In Mexico it aired two years after the anime ended. And at the same time Dragon Ball was airing. --- Once you're aware of your own art, you can train yourself to identify and replicate the "good" ones... We had a variety of anime back in the 90s in that channel, I remember watching Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Ramna 1/2 and Ghost Hunter Mikami in the 90s, and probably more that I can't remember. The original dragon ball first aired in 92 in Mexico so we had a head start compared to the United States and I recall it being popular around what little I can remember about school. --- Aut viam inveniam aut faciam.
