It appears that France as the first western country to broadcast Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. Even various games from Super Famicom and Mega Drive had been localized there. In Mexico it aired two years after the anime ended. And at the same time Dragon Ball was airing. --- Once you're aware of your own art, you can train yourself to identify and replicate the "good" ones...
