Topic	So why is Dragon Ball so popular in Mexico?
HannibalBarca3 03/08/24 7:03:52 PM #20:	As someone who grew up in Mexico from 1990 to 1999 I think the biggest contributing factor was that it aired in Canal Cinco (Channel 5) which is a free to air channel. We had a variety of anime back in the 90s in that channel, I remember watching Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Ramna 1/2 and Ghost Hunter Mikami in the 90s, and probably more that I can't remember. The original dragon ball first aired in 92 in Mexico so we had a head start compared to the United States and I recall it being popular around what little I can remember about school. --- Aut viam inveniam aut faciam.
