Well yeah, of course she is. She knows if Trump wins the presidency he'll reward her. His best legal team is handling this case for him which is an indicator this is the case he's most worried about, because he knows he's guilty as fuck and thought referred to as the "documents case", he's charged with espionage, meaning if he was convicted before the election he'd be going into it convicted of espionage.

She's on Judicial Idol and Jack Smith not moving this to DC after she did that ridiculous shit with the special prosecutor that even Republicans on the appellate court belittled her for is by far the most disappointing thing about him.

From what I understand, it was likely to be moved there anyway, even if he got the indictment in DC. It would have been all of the delays you see in his DC case on top of Trump delaying it even more with his attempt to get the case moved to Florida. And all of this would be slower because of the slower DC Circuit of appeals to begin with.

One element of the 6th amendment is that defendants trials have to take place with a jury from the district where the crime occurred. Yes, sometimes trials may be moved, but this is rare and almost always due to the inability to get a fair trial.

With that being said I think Jack Smith is chomping at the bit to get an appeal to the 11th circuit and honestly I think the 11th circuit are just as eager for an appeal to come their way. The recent order she gave is going to be bad either way. If she reverses her decision it is going to look bad that she made a mistake to start with. However if she does not then Jack Smith finally gets a chance to take something to the 11th circuit.

I don't think Smith is going to request her removal on the first appeal or any actually. Instead if the situation comes up where she constantly gets overturned, the 11th circuit will order a new judge.

The thing is that if she really wants to help Trump she would not come across as a klutz and want to do everything in her power to make rulings to not jeopardize being removed from the trial. Even though the document case is the most clear case against Trump it is also the one least likely to get a conviction at the moment. The Ft. Pierce area is more Republican which would be a benefit to Trump when it comes to jury selection. There is one federal judge for the Ft. Pierce area and that is Cannon. If she gets removed from the case it would have to remain in the Southern District of Florida but would almost certainly move to the location of the judge overseeing it. The three locations where the trial could be and the jury come from are West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. None of those would be good juries for Trump.

Seems like Arizona AG Kris Mayes may be about ready to give out some indictments relating to the 2020 election in Arizona. Plus it seems like they could go similar to the Georgia route where they not only get the electors but also the masterminds. If they do I could see them at least getting Giuliani, Chesebro, Meadows, and Eastman. However I would not be surprised if they get Trump as well.

If he was a Rear Admiral lower half, it's one rank, if it's upper half, it's two. If it's a Vice Admiral it's three.

Watch as everyone around him continues to call him admiral and promote stolen valor.

I'm not sure how him being demoted affects his retirement, since he is retired.

The military uses the average of your three highest paying years to determine how much you get in retirement. That would likely be when he was an Admiral. Demoting him will not affect that at all.

Now, if the Navy wanted to, they could recall him to active duty and then push for court martial or some other form of punishment. I don't see that as happening.

I mean, I never believed anything he said about Trump's fitness, for the obvious reasons. But him being so shitty that he was demoted in retirement says a lot about how much of a garbage person he is.
