first one had us on google forever.
second one i believe was memed so hard it became a moddable offense for a while. somebody correct me if i'm wrong.
third is because it seriously became a hilarious running joke for years on everyone thinking maybe this will be the day Gordon wins and then nope, doesn't. this was at the same time everyone understood how big a deal Half Life 2 was and how big the game was outside of GameFAQs.
fourth is because honestly i'm not sure how much of a "meme" some of these catch phrases we use are. like they're just that, catch phrases. "wait until the kiddies wake up," "there goes the bracket," etc all kind of something true about them. but of them i always felt the more votes one was the best because it always was in response to somebody who was mad and it always riled them up. perfect use of trolling and direct bluntness.

if the catch phrases weren't a thing i'd probably have picked one from the super memorable group of topics. did like crap, dey gotta surfer full with extha's autotune rap of the post, scream while pee, etc. probably surfer because on a google search i found this:

Fun fact: a seconds game got my original Brett with Atreyu account banned. I jokingly said I would suicide my account if I got a post that ended in :60. Mod suspended me because idk. I told them they were stupid, and there goes account. Early GameFAQs moderations were something else.
