I wish this would have been divided like sword/guns/explosives/etc. That said, maybe another day -- here we go:

Master Sword (only one required to be here)
Buster Sword (this or Masamune but Buster's got the Limit Break)
Mega Buster (I wouldn't have thought of it without the comments, but eff it -- I'm in)
Plasma Grenade (what a great evolution to normal grenades/mines/bombs/rockets at the time -- you got stuck, what can you do in your final seconds now?)

Shout-outs to fun weapons like the Gravity Gun, Laptop Gun, Karibu's Shoe, and Cerebral Bore.
