13 miles outdoors, 33 indoors on the bike. Lifted weights last night. I should bench press tonight before bed. Still need to walk/run for my bones.

Diet is getting better. Huel is starting to taste good, not just the kinds with noodles. Shakes are starting to go down easy. Tea is starting to be a bigger part of the routine than alcohol. 248

I had a bad day today. I felt like I was getting bigger and unhappy. Maybe its just a mental thing, but I cant shake off this feeling. The weather was awful too, so that didnt help. I resisted the temptation to buy something after working out, and went home instead. I tried to make some wings, but they turned out terrible. I had some pasta in the freezer, but I didn't want to spend the time to haw it. So I ended up eating a Totino's Pizza. It was only 600 calories, so I stayed within my limit, but I still felt like my stomach was expanding. I feel like a dig dug villain.

Welcome to weird body dysmorphia issues. Almost every lifter Ive known and am is effected by this to some extent. I can tell you from the outside that your feelings are unfounded and they definitely are. Sadly, that will do you no good.

On the upside, if you're funneling that feeling into something positive it's a good thing. So ride that vibe to skinny jeans town. You'll get irrational feelings of failure the entire ride down, but you'll be a lot healthier physically.

Okay , I did a check in with my weight and I down .3 pounds. I don't so in my mind a feel a little bit better. But for some reason I was just not feeling it. I been eating better and one Pizza is not going to blow me up. I understand this..but still felt like it did. Maybe it was just so good and I mind thinks I should not eat tasty things.

Duran, Im sorry to hear that youre struggling with depression. I can relate to lovelessness too. I even tried a dating site called Bumble, where women have to initiate the conversation. I got a match on the first day, but I didnt follow up because I felt too low. And I don't have any self esteem so I guess I wasnt ready for that either. LOL. So Im not going to preach to you or tell you what to do, since I havent followed my own advice. But I do want to suggest that if you keep feeling bad, you might want to talk to a professional. But if you talk to a professional or people on the CE. We got your back.

I did 40 minutes on the stair machine at the gym. Im doing my last 20 min of cardio chilling on a bike. Im sweaty af. Im probably not even losing weight, I just feel like less of a bum by going to gym.

So my foot issues just came back yesterday and got worse today. So I am not every mobile . So I door dashed since I can't stand up to cook. I know that was horrible waste of money and Cals. But I put it on credit card. So when I look at my bank account I am still saving. (I have different typic talking about how I am going to save this month). Any who I am going do my boxing seating down, and then give my feet an epatson salt bath.

It very much is, I turned my life around when I joined a discord server regarding an anime convention i go to, I went from zero social life, and no girlfriend, to having irl friends and a girlfriend of two years, all because I joined a discord and met up with people, and it was that that led me to start losing weight, it's literally just join groups of hobbies that you have, that's it, and I was a social recluse as well

since i've been hanging out with my girlfriend a lot i've been stalling and even eating badly on those days. i guess the upside is since i'm already overweight, i probably still ate within my daily calorie for the day >_> but i need to get serious, i'm gonna aim for gym every day and gonna start using my fitness pal to log my meals and actually see what i'm at.

User Duran, the key is a biblical term known as being equally yoked. Basically, you have to find a woman on your level and grow with her. It helps a lot to have the same beliefs, values and economic situation. I don't know your age but I know you have time and women also in your situation. You have to put yourself out there and face rejection too. Chicks dig progress. There's also something known as the hierarchy of needs. It would say once you get a solid job, getting a mate will get easier.

What a lot of people my age (Early 30s) that exercise do to find mates is running clubs. Former track athletes that can challenge you and introduce you to women in and outside of their groups. They also condition you to hanging and being friendly with women you aren't trying to get with which is important.

My girlfriend is bigger and not an exerciser at all. My favorite part about hard training is chilling with her afterward doing nothing. The key to finding someone who is equally yoked with you is having self-awareness and it appears you're on your way to doing that.

i think my wakeup call that i'm too damn big is that i could barely fit on rides at universal, and in some cases, the ride fit was so uncomfortable it was like i couldn't fit on it at all.

I'm gonna get super serious about my dieting and exercising now. It's been a little over a month and i didn't lose as much as I hoped, I guess because i've been hanging out with my girlfriend and eating poorly some days, but I told her i can't be eating fast food like that anymore

I still have not been able to walk so no weight loss. And I am eating bad since I can't cook. And I do want meal prep. Like be real my my pain level just existing is at an 8. Trying to work from home. The last thing I want is reheated food. Just no.

Sorry for all that bad reports this week. But I am still not able to walk. And I am feeling bad all over. I tried to eat today but I just was not hungry. However I am down to 195. I k ow that could go up like crazy because I am just been too sick to eat. But still a lower number . Take it where I can get it.

Hey guys, I just wanted to share a little tip that I learned today. Dont spend too much money on clothes while you are still losing weight. But buy some small things like a T-shirt here and there. Make sure to get smaller clothing when you can. This will make you look so much slimmer. I know a lot of us look at ourselves shirtless. But doesn't really give us good view of ourselves, so that view wont be a good one. Get smaller stuff and see how much better you will look. Also, if you are still losing more weight like most of us are, dont go out and buy a Gucci business suit for $4000 or something like that. I got some pants and a dress shirt from JC Penny and I look great. They were on sale. But oddly, the good sales were on the big and large stuff. Isnt that ironic?

Even though I got an ankle injury and haven't been on my feet much the last 2 weeks according to the scale I maintained/lost weight and am only 215-218 pounds

Makes me wonder if the scale is working correctly or if I really did somehow find a way to maintain weight despite not being able to exercise

Weight loss starts that the dinner plate. So you are doing well there, the working out just aids it.

So I am 191 now. I didn't lose 4 pounds in one day. I didn't use my official scale for that last updated weight. This could just water way leaving me since I have been sick. And I know I say all the time numbers don't matter. (WHICH THEY DON'T). But I would be lying if said I wasn't feeling great about the almost being in 180s. I have not been that small since I was in the middle school.

I'm not doing much with weights. But I do the basic push ups squats burpees exercises. Also gotta try to watch what I eat at work. Only downside to working at Pizza hut. Makes a guy fat.

Agreed, losing weight is important, but so is building muscle. Most research is now pointing to muscle mass being one of the strongest predictors of longevity.

Started running last week. It sucks but has so many benefits. Training for a 5K on the 16th and a triathalon either in May or June. What helps me most is running outdoors for about a 5k distance then walking on the treadmill playing video games for two or three hours on my off days. 6-8 miles. It makes running easier and I end up being quicker because my aerobic fitness is improved.

On my recovery days I ate 3 pizzas in 48 hours. Before biking today I am 248.5 lbs. Weight is still trending in the right direction. Swam a short distance but I'm about to start doing that as well because pollen is bad in my area right now

I just installed a pullup bar and can knock out 10 reps on a good day. I do pushups as well. I don't do anything else really. I weight about 77 kg and I'm about 176cm.
