I couldnt tell what deck I was just facing. It had Thanos because of the stones I saw, but also Darkhawk and Devil Dinosaur along with Wolverine and Carnage. Thats what I can remember seeing anyways.

Devil Dinosaur works bc the stones can fly back and forth into your hand. I dunno about Darkhawk

This is actually a really cool combination of effects. I'm not sure I like it on this Mystique though I kinda prefer the rainbow background with this variant. Was hoping for foil + kirby for her. But man I wish I could get ink + white flare on other stuff. I'll probably still use this some.

Played the same dude 3 times in a row. I know he has a Wong deck. Onslaughts Citadel or Kamar Taj appeared in all 3 games. I have Wong counters in my deck (Cosmo and Enchantress) but only drew them in 1 of the matches.

Luckily was able to get out of the 3 games for only -1 cube total.

Apparently Yondu was my most played card this season with Enchantress being my most upgraded.

My shop yesterday was 6 pixel variants, while pixel variants being the most common variants i get from mystery variants.

So had a guy just start spamming Snap? originally I was just going to retreat because I saw no path to victory but because they decided to start BMing I just let the timer run down and was going to retreat last second but they decided to retreat instead so I got 2 cubes for what should have been a loss.

Man, I am pretty sure I just ran into one of the cheaty bots. It used Odin to retrigger Shang Chi to get the win on T6 reveal. I am fairly certain there was no other route to victory

This climb to infinite is so frustrating. I've been as high as 98.5 but am back down at 97.1 now. I'll be so pissed if I don't make it and I just want to be done with it already so I can spend my time doing other shit

On the plus side I did start the day at 93.6 but it's just so much bouncing around the same rank and not making any progress for long periods of time

Was actually trying to get him to retreat by snapping since I only needed 2 cubes and I'd just dropped 2x 0 cost Deaths on a Lamentis board.

Just got my latest Series 4 pull, Shanna

Was hoping to clear out some more of the last Series 3 cards I need before the new season offers another free one but this is fine

I got Thor and Helicarrier today for new cards.

This next season looks 10 crazier than all the others. Nebula seems ridonk OP, basically guaranteed to be a 1/3, and on average maybe 1/7? Should be 1/0 at least and/or +1 each turn.

But the other stuff that's coming out also seems OP so maybe it's just the power creep they want. I think it's there's one way to ruin this game it's with regular power creep, but I guess it's inevitable.

Tribunal feels like a really cool win extra win condition you have to watch out for, but it's effectively like Zola so I dunno if it will really add much. It might even kill the counterplay strats. How can you play around both an On Reveal and an Ongoing? Especially an Ongoing that can go in any lane.

Nebula will just force even more people to put killmonger in their decks.

I am tempted to get this despite hardly using Wasp. Great variant.

Killmonger is so good that there's basically no reason to run Elektra, which is sad.

Cant win all 3 locations in a match if 60% of my games only have 1 location

One of my favorite things in this game is when a Move player Heimdalls their way into a loss on Turn 6

That happens so often, it's like they can't help themselves. I will virtually always stick around for a turn 6 against a move player as I know there's a decent chance they will Heimdall and it's so easy to plan against it. Like even when doing nothing will win them the game they still Heimdall

Ill be ending another season in the 40s. I started using my Destroy deck some more. Its fun when you actually get to play it, but my Jubilee deck is still the most fun. Havent gotten anything to add to it lately though.

Can someone explain how this is possible, I've seen it happen a few times to me and I just can't figure it out.

Turn 5 they played Odin to reactivate Wave, but then on turn 6 they can still play two cards and I'm stuck playing one.

in that particular instance it's because of Titan

their 6 drops went to 4 because of Wave and then 3 because of Titan so they could play two of them

Oh yea ok that makes sense, I always forget there is a distinction between x cost and cards that cost x

Playing Kang does not count for Play 5-Cost cards missions because he erases the fact that he was ever played

I know there are some great cards dropping to Series 3 later this month, but I think Im close enough that I can clear them all by the end of the season (or at the very least use next seasons free one as the final piece for now)

Skrull or Rogue is probably the best card out of those. Beast enables a whole new deck archetype. If you dont like any of those three then Omega Red isnt a bad choice

Goddd damn forgot the new season was today. I was at 59.1, now down to 20... First time I haven't finished a season pass too. Barely had any time to play this month, but I did have a super high win rate so I climbed a lot.

So I guess I'm out of series three cards because when I logged in it said come back next month for a free series 3 card and earlier today it was counting down until new season telling me to come back for a free series 3 card.

I guess to rephrase that, I guess I currently have all the series 3 cards.

First bot I played this season was an absolute psycho. Magik on 5 then Scarlet Witch on Limbo on 6. Almost beat me.

Yea still says I've claimed my card this month, guess ill be getting Darkhawk as I already own the other 3.

You know whats going to be sweet? When the game has finally given me all the pixel variants so that way they can stop showing up in my shop and I stop receiving them as free variants.

Some of the streamers who play this ~40 hours a week and pour money into the game are STILL getting pixel variants. Theyve played enough to have every title and avatar already, so they get a new variant every time they get a cosmetic reward yet they still havent gone through every pixel variant so far.

And not all of the pixel variants are actually in the game yet actually. So each new update probably adds a few more!

I just hope they get a new artist at some point and upgrade the old ones.
