My thoughts are The story is pretty generic, the dialogue pretty one noted and the voice acting for certain characters pretty weighed down due to terrible localization by Treehouse. Censorship of the romantic aspects of the game also may hender your experience If you do not know who the previous Fire Emblem characters are the whole Emblem Ring concept may feel like an intrusive advert for previous titles There is no new game plus despite the fact the game gives you so much to do you won't do it all on one playthrough There's 3 waves of DLC confirmed with one confirmed to have a post script storyline Maps range from doable to frustrating as hell without forward knowledge. Fuck fog of war in all ways Character design may either make your horny or piss you off there are no inbetweens, through you could be the rare type who gets both Music is alright but the opening theme is pure RWBY/Power Rangers cheese perhaps even Sonic or Kingdom Hearts level cheesy Lot of clothing options but they are only for the base and can't be worn into battle. Mekkkah's at Chapter 3 Hard Mode with 3 1 hour videos while Excelblem's at Chapter 20 Maddening having 4 8 hour streams. Truly the GOAT FE tuber. The last few I've played after Three Houses have not been great, with triangle strategy just being the decent one. I had her using Sigurd's ring for a while until she had enough skill points to inherit Canter (being able to heal and then move to safety sounded helpful) but then she also got Lance Proficiency and some godly level-ups along the way. Now she's a promoted Griffin Knight whose stats blow the rest of my army out of the water. Even at minimum zoom it can be difficult to see some enemy's movement and attack range because of it. Also the crit animations are deeply disappointing. I just have to get used to it but I like diving into the character pages of their stats and it feels kinda weird. At least once I've cleared the monastery I know everything is fine till the next month and I actually had real conversations with the characters there. Somniel is smaller and faster to run through, but it's such fluff of no value. You don't talk with the characters, you have a short one sentence piece of fluff dialogue. Somniel is smaller and faster to run through, but it's such fluff of no value. You don't talk with the characters, you have a short one sentence piece of fluff dialogue. The visual imagery is extremely cloying and I feel its gonna end up burning my eyes. The music is annoying. It just feels like somewhere I don't want to spend my time. Also why are "bond conversations" a thing that needed to happen? They're literally nothing. ...map design is great, though.
