Once that's done, in 1-2 year time frame, it's dca time into index funds. But I think undoubtedly things will get worse. Everyone is unrealistically bullish. Inflation is raging, unemployment is too good, meanwhile real earnings are dwindling, business forecasts are poor, fed is not going to pivot. It's all a disaster scenario. I've said this many times before.... And like I said, real estate is coming down, energy is manipulated to come down by tapping SPR, nothign else is showing any signs of stopping. Fundamentally speaking, as wages and employment flourish, it will inevitably drive up prices. And our SPR are already the lowest they've been in 40 years and we've been tapping into them since spring. Its just a bad cycle we're on with oil. Is there a way to get inflation <2% without stopping wage growth and causing unemployment? Probably not. I've been talking about that idea since before september when most people were bullish. Then we got CPI data and fed more hawkish than ever and september went to complete shit. After that theres been a trend up. Instead of gambling around I'm just gonna stay put.
