What on earth does this even mean? If we're to assume that the entire of the UK is sat in silence mourning Metroid Prime 1's first boss 24/7 and that any form of video entertainment would be disrespectful to her legacy, why would an hour's delay change anything >_>

Doubt they'll announce anything major this late in the lifecycle. Zelda is probably already being developed for the next console.

I bet we get the actual name for the The Sequel to Breath of the Wild

if there's a Switch Pro or Switch 2 coming I would save announcing that for after the holiday

I think it's BotW 2 time. Just makes sense following up the announcement of the Zelda ports with another 2 minute tease as the "one last thing." And yeah, maybe the name finally.

I will never allow myself to get excited for Metroid Prime 4 showing up though - that's too masochistic for me! For now, I'm just glad this is real. It's about time.

Metroid Prime 4 and BotW2 should, at the absolute least, get concrete status updates, even if we get no actual footage.

They'll probably show off upcoming stage(s) for Splatoon 3. I wouldn't even be surprised if a new one is out "later today."

MAYBE a status update on Advance Wars. I could them trying to do this one with as little fanfare as possible, like just throwing it into the ending montage.

Life is Strange Remastered Collection is still TBA 2022 despite being out on everything else since February. Maybe we'll get a date on that.

Maybe they'll show off a new Pokemon or two, and/or bring attention to the Shiny Eternatus event (since Europe currently has a mythical event going on they could counterpart that segment).

They ought to highlight some of the upcoming N64 games for Switch Online.

And I know I always say this but let's see some dead/dormant 1st/2nd party franchise (Golden Sun, Punch-Out, F-Zero, Kid Icarus, etc) show up in some form!

I don't expect anything on BotW2 or MP4. What non-ports does Nint have confirmed for the rest of this year already? Pokemon, Bayonetta, Rabbids... is that all of them? I guess there'll be expansions and third party stuff too.

Xenoblade 3 Expansion Pack Phase 2 on October 13th.

New Hero is named Ino. Looks like a robot/android girl of some kind. Class Name was "Noponic Champion."

Challenge battles too and at least one of the rewards looked like swimsuits for the main party.

The new FE looks bad and it's not just the hair. The narrative idea of calling on old characters feels super cheap and mobilegameish. I have incredibly low expectations.
