Casserole definitely better the next day. Also added extra cheese when i microwaved it. Atelike 1/3 of the pan and some more fruit. Apple,pear, and banana seems like my go to. Also eat a couple fiber one chocolate bronwie bars.

Woke up 271.8lb this morning.

Ended up not eating anything after my meal yesterday so im probably gonna go over 20hr fasted. Didnt really feel hungry last night.

I used to track my exacting fasting time since i started, but now i have gotten used to not eating breakfast or early lunch and not only having like 1 or 2 big meals.

Came home after work and was at 269.6lb.

Hovering at the 30lb total weight loss since i startted about 10-11 weeks ago i forget right now.
Drank a lot of fluids before i went to work and barely any during work though. Dont expect it to be this low tomorrow morning

Yeah i could use me a new light hoodie since im in Florida and thats the most i would need other than some sweatpants i have.

Broke my fast with 2 pieces leftover fried chicken. Thought i wasnt that hungry but then went to store a couple hours later and ate a whole rotisserie chicken which labeled as 1,250 caloroes for whole chicken. Finishing meal and day off with pear and probably with a banana and or apple.

So 29.4lbs lost after 11 weeks with IF.
Pretty good. Restrict my calories about 80-90% of the time with few days going overboard(over 3,000 calories)
Most days i limit my calories around the 2,000-2,500 calories. The important thing is i dont feel too deprived because i eat what i crave most of the time and eat a satisfying amount of it due to fasting and doing OMAD at times. Slowly adding fruits and veggies to my diet.

Last time i lost weight, i would do the strict 3-5 meals a day with strict calorie count and i would feel so deprived and do the occasional cheat day once every 2 weeks or so. Once i reached my goals i would just gain it all back or even more.
Hoping sticking with the IF even when i reach my goal weight will help me from not gaining it back even without calorie counting.

Niceee. Had pizza enough last few weeks so dont really crave it again yet.
Out of town in Orlando again and hung out at disney springs. Didnt really do too bad today. Broke fast with some pork rinds before we ate lunch. Had Sheppards pie that was good but not really a big portion like i expected. Barely a 1/3cup of mashed potatoes they piped on top of the meat. Taste good though and i guess its good the portion wasnt too big. Also shared wings and ate 3 of them and some of my wifes fries and burger. Just finished 2 pears, apple, and banana for dinner since our lunch wss pretty late. Debating whether i want to eat some of my wifes brownies with ice cream.....

Ahhh i seee. Yeahhhh thin crust is so easy to eat too. Crunchy and crispy texture more addicting to eat too.
I never get thin crust because imo it doesn't give me the satisfying feeling i want from pizza.

Broke my fast 4 hours early today. Family came to the house to finish up some business, and my brother brought sandwiches from a local deli. I had mine pluss half my older brothers, some Krunchers, a tomato, a big bowl of olives and a muffin. Walked 13 miles.

Was at Disney Hollywood Studios yesterday and got over 24,000 steps and didnt really eat too bad. Biggest meal was probably the grilled porkchop and polenta. Polenta was so cheesy and creamy. Had some smaller stuff like 3 pieces of bread and a flatbread pizza. Also had some popcorn later on, some fiber bars, and a big chunk of brownies

Only gained maybe 2lbs from disney weekend which is a lot better than it could have been so I'll take it.
Ate a whole rotisserie chicken yesterday and a fried chicken breast and a big chunk of brownie. I made dome peruvian green sauce for the chicken and was pretty good.

Today i fasted till 3pm and ate some pork rinds. Then ate a piece of fried chicken and some chicken stew/porridge my mother in law made. Also ate rest of brownie and a banana and pear so far.

Nice.

Woke up little less than my official weigh in saturday at 270.2 so thats good. Have to keep it up fairly strict till Thanksgiving weekend. I plan on eating pretty bad that weekend for my friends birthday.

Been on a rotisserie chicken phase lately. Ate another whole publix rotisserie chicken today. Third time in a week. Something just satisfying about eating a whole rotisserie chicken as far as being full and making sure i get my protein in.
Ate an apple and pear after a break. Also ate a couple of fiber one brownies.

Yeah... hoping the bunch of water i drink will balance the sodium out. I know my sodium and cholesterol levels were good a little over a year ago when i had labs drawn for first time ever.

Been using these propel drink mix packets and just used this MiO squirt bottle thing for my water to make it more enjoyable to force my fluids in. Makes it so much easier with that little sweetness and flavor.
Usually mix it in 2x water for the propel and 4x for the mio since i reuse this big liter smart water bottle which probably dilutes more than recommended bit still helps.

I usually try to drink 4 liters of water a day. Now im trying to stop drinking to much before 8pm since i was peeing a lot early in the middle of the night lol

Yeah same. Find myself drinking water better since i started using this liter smart water bottle than my liter hydroflask. Think seeing how much i have left and drinking straight from bottle helps.

For most people its just skipping breakfast.

I think the 16/8 fasting is the usual starting point

There's different variations but just doing it consistently is the key.
Im also doing a more strict calorie count to keep the steady but progress.

Right now i just wait to eat around 12 or 1 whenever my son takes a nap and eat as much as i can till i feel stuffed for the next hour or 2.

Usually dont eat again unless i feel hungry before 8pm and eat a small snack or dessert.

A few, no. At least 12 hours. Most people have trouble going 6 hours without food. And a lot of intermittent fasters go longer than 12 hours. I usually fast 22 hours.

Ended up getting bbq at local florida chain called Sonnys since i drove wife to work and picked her up for appointment.
Got a half smoked chicken, and half rack of baby back ribs with a side salad and green beans and a garlic bread. Chicken was good except breast was pretty dry. Ribs were good but small serving. Wanted to order the bigger kind of ribs not the baby backs so disappointed with that too lol.

Im in St Louis, we dont have Publix, or Winn Dixie. Besides Wal-Mart, Aldi, a couple of smaller chains, and the two warehouse stores, two local chains, Dierbergs, and Schnucks have most of the grocery market.

Once a long time ago. I dont remember anything remarkable about it though. Not a big fan of them in general, too salty. I get better fried chicken cheaper from Dierbergs. They sell packages of day old fried chicken for half price. I got 3 breasts, 2 thighs, 3 legs, and 2 wings for $8 on Friday.
