Topic	Been Intermittent Fasting for four days now....

Makes it so much easier with that little sweetness and flavor. Usually mix it in 2x water for the propel and 4x for the mio since i reuse this big liter smart water bottle which probably dilutes more than recommended bit still helps. I usually try to drink 4 liters of water a day.
