2. Both were red light cameras.

First time was an amber on a completely empty road and I was caught in between do I brake or do I just keep going. It changed to red as I hit the line.

The other was not fully stopping on red on a right turn like 2 turns from my neighborhood. It's clearly just a money making scheme by the local authority as the camera is only in that single direction on a 4 way junction.

I would probably have a lot more if Florida gave a shit about speeding but basically everyone drives 10-20 over the posted limits here so you have to be doing something stupid to get a speeding ticket.

I got 2 tickets, both of them over 10 years ago. Haven't been pulled over since.

1. The "no turn on red" was completely obscured by a tree and impossible to see from the road. Not that they cared that there was no way to see it.

I'm guessing the complaints eventually got to them, because that no turn on Red sign is now hanging next to the light itself instead of sitting behind a tree.

I've never gotten. a speeding ticket but I did get one for tailgating a cop once. in my defense he cut me off like a total asshole and deserved it.

I've never been pulled over or been caught doing anything on camera. We don't have red light cameras here. Don't need them.

I did get a parking ticket once because I didn't feel like moving my car for ASP. It was $30. No big deal. But I believe that's the only thing on my record.

1, and it was absolutely bogus. I was literally between 2 cars in bumper to bumper traffic, and somehow I got pegged for speeding.

Ended up taking it to court, got the points knocked off but I still had to pay the fine.

the other was much worse and glad I don't drive like that anymore

3. Two normal speeding tickets and one from a camera.

1 for no seat belt

6 for speeding

1 for a fender bender going 5mph when a guy in front me stutter stopped in the middle of a green light...felt like he did it on purpose.

That's the extent of my "criminal" record as well. Haven't had a ticket in 6 years now, but I drove fast when I was in my early 20s.

1 for speeding when I was on vacation and I didn't know what the speed limit was (turns out it was 35 and I was driving 45)

pulled over once while speeding on my way to class, didn't get a ticket. not sure if me going to class had anything to do it with, or being young, or just the fact that I had nothing else on my record at the time. or maybe he was just in a good mood. could have been any number of reasons.

one time while driving on the highway I was like ultra speeding and I went through an area with one of those cameras that supposedly takes pictures of you. I saw it flash but never received any ticket later. my theory is that I was driving at light speed so the camera didn't have time to actually capture my image...

I was pulled over and ticketed due to driving with an expired registration. in the state where I was living you could basically just do this forever until you are ticketed. then if you get the registration renewed before the court date, they drop all charges and you pay nothing. and if you don't, you can just keep asking for an extension. although it is a problem if you get pulled over again without fixing it while you already have the ticket, so there is still potential consequences. anyway, got it renewed and the ticket was dropped.

i was caught by a speed trap once when driving through Utah.

Apparently... Utah has a speed limit of 80 on the highway, but the limit suddenly goes down to 65 when within a mile of an exit. So they set up cars to wait 0.9 miles before an exit and ding you for going 87 in a 65 mph zone

and this was really boring, flat highway country

2, I don't count photo radar though. If I did it would probably be around 20, but I can go and fight those and get them thrown out very easily.

Never been in a notable accident.
Never got a ticket.

I have had a few very minor car collisions/scrapes, some caused by me, some caused by others, but nothing reported to an insurance company.

No idea, but at least 5. Probably more.

Once, I ran a red light. The rest were for speeding. The most recent was a couple weeks ago when I took a trip to Baltimore and got caught in a speed trap in Maryland. They had a highway connector with a speed limit of 40 and I was still going highway speeds.

A couple of written warnings, but no tickets.

One was for making a right on red at a light where it was legal to do so, however the walk signal was on, but there was nobody at the crosswalk, so I figured it was okay to make the turn. Guess I was wrong.

The second was for going 45 in a 30, however, I was going 30 (maybe like 33ish) until a car pulled up behind me and started getting kind of aggressive with me. Driving very close and turning their headlights up, so I sped up little by little until eventually the flashing lights turned on (it was night and I had their bright lights coming at me; I had no idea).
