If you're saying that's not the case then I'll order right now! this is 100% not the case at all, the core is absolutely the main plotline whereas the sidequests are just worldbuilding among different communities throughout the world ... not to damper Torna but that game would be much more apt for that description, but it's a much shorter piecemeal game - less quantity of sidequests and better quality ratio (although not perfect) --- I request affiliated many pipes. There are a lot of them and some of them are worth doing if you can get over how grindy and uninteresting a lot of them are, but its hardly the 'core' of the game. Definitely getting: Kirby - Franchise doesn't always land with me but the games I do enjoy tend to end up as some of my favorite gaming memories, and this one looks incredibly good Klonoa - Lunatea's Veil is one of my all-time favorite platformers but I never played Phantomile. Perfect time for it. Maybe at some point: Live a Live - Heard good things, looks very cool, just not sure I'm sold yet Mario Strikers Battle League - Kind of out of my genre these days but I had some good times long ago with the first Strikers. Wish there was a baseball game coming instead Chrono Cross - Always had interest in this, but I'm probably more likely to just play the original one day if anything Xenoblade - Stopped and started with the original multiple times, did the same with XCX. Never touched XC2 and never will. I'll wait and see what people think of this and how I feel about the original if I ever finish it. Team Rocket Elite 02/10/22 2:25:24 AM #325:	I'm not sure if anyone told you this already but it's a good idea to turn on "Expert Mode". Despite the name, what it really is is an exp management system that helps protect against getting overlevelled. It lets you moved earned exp to and from per character reserve pools with no penalty. So if you ever find yourself 10 levels above everything, you can take some exp out of your characters. If you feel underlevelled later on, you can move the exp back. It also automatically transfers exp earned from quests and I think some other things to the reserve pool. Doing a bunch of quests can lead to getting way overlevelled although maybe this won't be a problem if you are skipping most of them. --- My bracket looked like random picks compared to his. I know I should probably play 2 before 3, but it still looks so unappealing to me with all the... 'anime'ness from the bits I've seen and the gacha. I know many here highly recommend it but ugh. Really want TriStrat to be amazing, the prologue demo should help me decide if it's worth an early pickup or not.
